Worst Ihop ever. Rude staff, chefs can’t cook. Pancakes were undercooked. Kimberly the server has an attitude over her mistakes. She never checked in on us and we had to constantly usher her to the table and beg for our check so we could finally leave. Mind you there were only three other tables and another server. My friend and I had the same exact order, we noticed the server charged her more so we let her know. She said “yeah I put it in differently, but you can pay now.” Without correcting the error. We ask her to change it and she starts aggressively tapping the IPad as if we’re asking for too much. She had the nerve look crazy because we didn’t tip! Waste of time and money, I will never go back.
They seem to be deleting negative reviews and replacing them with a lot of positive reviews because my friend’s review is nowhere to be found.

The cook David did an amazing job preparing the meals, I loved it. Hilda was so sweet and ensured we enjoyed our meal and everything was fine. 10/10 great job guys.

Haven’t been to IHOP in awhile and the food is just like I remember, always quality and nostalgic. My server Hilda was amazing and it was nice to have someone who made you feel welcome. You can also tell David, the cook, knew what he was doing and did not disappoint in the slightest. Overall I’m very satisfied in coming here and would recommend 10/10.

The food was very good. I had the breakfast sampler and my wife ordered the banana pancakes, and we both enjoyed our meals. Our waitress, Nicole, was a sweetheart, very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The bathrooms could use some upgrading and a deeper cleaning, which is the only reason I wouldn’t normally give a full 5 stars. However, Nicole really went above and beyond, and her outstanding service made the experience even better overall.

It was horrible! When we walked in, we were not greeted at all. She grabbed two sets of plastic wear, two menus and started walking towards the table with no guidance and had a quick reminder that she forgot to ask how many. She held her hand out with more non-verbal come with her. We set down at the first table on the left. She had to speak to ask did we know what we wanted to eat. She asked us what we wanted to drink so we told her. That bench where I was sitting. I could smell the nasty food like where they cook the floor had, you know old food crumbs (kind of like the garbage cans in the alley. We sat there probably another 30-40 minutes before receiving our meals. So there was another small family group that were served late but drinks only so they paid for their drinks and left (money walked out the door). There was a large number of at least 20 people who were served drinks at least 45-60 minutes late but their order was not taken until they received their drinks. About another 30 minutes one of the ladies heard the number of their order and realized they were not getting their food no time soon. She and the waitress had a few words (when I say a few words they were just talking about what the problem was but the waitress was not rude or anything) then she said let me settle the drinks bill and They ALL left. I didn’t realize they were all together (money out the door). That entire side was empty. Why plastic wear? I was trying to cut my steak with a real steak knife and a plastic fork (unacceptable) and my eggs scrambled with cheese was scrambled with cheese sprinkled on top and hash browns sprinkle in there. But I guess that’s neither here nor there but our waitress didn’t say anything to us. Not how’s the food, do you all need anything until she was taking “a bunch of to-go” orders and asked us if we need anything. And if we needed to-go plates etc. but she had to say something. My husband and I said thank you every time she came and left (once when she dropped the food off) she never said you’re welcome. Finally, when we left she said thank you and Happy New year. Now the food got 4 Stars because it was cooked well and tasted good but the plastic ware was too much and cheap. Our first New Year’s Breakfast a mess. Side note: Well the menus were impressive. They were very clean and laminated. They need the “UNDERCOVER BOSS”. If they can’t keep up with a few how will they be with more.

Have enjoyed iHop forever. Lots of good family memories. Super attentive staff, especially our waitress, Hilda. Jamming music made me feel like I was at a weekend beach concert. Tried one of the new items — a little too sweet for my tastes but enjoyed the cinnamon crepes. My sister Martha Cecilia got the Breakfast Sampler: eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon, ham, pancakes. Finished her main plate, bringing the pancakes home with us for the morning! Coffee was diner-yummy as always. Bring your family and friends next you’re around; on University near Sunset Strip in Plantation Florida, metro Fort Lauderdale, USA.
