This was not it. It took a while for us to get seated but once we did, it took about 30-45 mins for the server to attend us. The server seemed to be inconvenienced about us ordering, as if us taking a min was a problem despite us waiting so long to just get drinks. Took another 10-15 mins for us to get our drinks which they brought one of us a lemonade instead of a water and instead of swapping it they said it was fine. How is it fine if it was not what I ordered? The food took about half an hour after ordering to reach our table. The eggs came out wrong, they didn’t swap out the appetizers onion rings for fries and we found a small hair in the hash brown. We didn’t bother asking to fix the changes cause we figured it would take forever. We never saw our server again after she took the order except to ring us up. They were gonna charge us for the lemonade but thankfully they fixed it. I get that it’s busy, but from my personal experience, I’ve been to other ihops where they were much busier and never had a problem before. Overall, disappointing and hopefully they can improve on the flaws that we noticed.

Dined in late night on 8/20/23 – by far the best IHOP experience I’ve ever had. I missed our servers name, but she was the star of the show (light brown hair tied back in a ponytail with a really cute scrunchie – maybe Tiffany?). Extremely attentive, funny, and most importantly: KIND! We only go to IHOP a couple of times a year, but we’ll be back much more frequently after this experience. Also, the rest of the staff was great. It was nice seeing everyone work together so well (especially at 1:00AM!).

I placed an order on the IHOP website because I have an account I paid $31.42 and said that it would be ready in 25 minutes drove out to the restaurant mind you 2:30 in the morning when I get there the waitress Tiffany tells me that the cook had an emergency and he won’t be back for at least an hour, I asked her if she could please refund me my money, and she said she had no way to that she would leave a note for the manager and that he would refund me. I called the next day , the manager left a message saying that he would refund my credit card. This was two weeks ago. I have been calling over and over and over it. The manager never picks up and the messages I get from the lady in the front is he’s not available your refund will get back to you , I have not seen a penny back in my bank account. This is private owner, and the owner is keeping my money. Disgusting.

Hands down the best IHOP in town. The employees are so sweet and professional. I go here at lease twice a month and the service is always exceptional. Marie is amazing. And TANIA omg.. you can tell she loves her job. These people are phenomenal. They have had the same employees for a while (which is great). Employees are dedicate and super friendly. They know their customers personally. Please visit this IHOP and leave a review. They deserve it!!!

A good variety of very delicious breakfast items served quickly by efficient staff. I think the tables are too close together. It’s bustling and busy which means food turnover is fast. Splashers are refreshing lemonade drinks.

Not greeted at entry should have been a sign of the service to come. We sat down for over an hour after our order was taken. People were serviced way after we sat down that a customer even asked us why we didn’t get out food yet? We’re easy going but this was ridiculous. They simple forgot about us. A table of four. We we’re luck to get an hour of calm behavior from our Autistic son. These times don’t come to often. Extremely upset and disappointed. We never got our food so we left this restaurant which was extremely embarrassing.

I’ve always gone to this ihop and had a great experience. Not sure if there was new hiring, but if so more training is needed or someone should get fired. I arrived at 11pm. The server forgot the water and pancakes we had to tell her twice. The chicken was undercooked and my friend got hot dog instead of sausage. On top of that even making hints and trying to be understanding the server had this attitude of fake kindness/ sarcastic ….to underline her excuses as to why she forgot, but then would say there is no excuses for the way you got service tonight. Even got dirty look’s because I’m sure she heard that we were upset. Even a group across the table complained. When it comes to customer service everyone knows the customers come first and need an attentive and nice welcome, apparently this girl knows no such thing. It’s about personality and actually knowing how to do your job, the server has neither. Having to pay for that too just makes it more frustrating. Overall, i did not even want to say anything to her at that point because I knew she would not care. Definitely never returning to ihop because other people are starting to have the same experience I did. Slowly they’ll probably loose business.
