Food and service was the worst. People who came in after us got served before us , ate and were leaving as me and my family were just getting our food. The waitress never checked on us to ask for refills of drinks. Got coffee and had to ask for sugar as nothing was provided. Got served pancakes and had to ask for syrup. Anything we need we had to ask for instead of being offered. Cinnamon crepes look nothing like the picture the creme was applied in chunks instead of drizzled. It looked like a sloppy mess when it was placed on the table. We ordered sugar donuts and only got Carmel dip when it was supposed to come with Carmel and a cream cheese type dip as pictured. Asked for the hash browns well don’t had to send the back and instead of just cooking more on each side the cook chopped them up and made them so hard I could not eat them. The eggs were way over cooked again something I could not. Only ate one crepe and two sausages most of my meal went to waste. Paid over $11 and was only offered a 10 % discount. Never will go back to this location again.

I came to this place tonight around 2:00am, we waited 30 minutes until the waiter comes and did not sit us, she said well you should order on-line is faster, so I sat on the bench by the door and a couple arrived they waited for about 15 minutes until she comes and sat them before me, after she sat me I ended up ordering online so I didn’t had to wait much longer for the food. Like they should be trained to at least sit people, we understand she is by herself but not even bother to sit someone and tell them to order online is weird, she must not need tip money. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Also by the time I got my food I ordered online was already 3:30.

It’s quite unfortunate that this IHOP warrants even One Star, I was there about 2 months ago, the kid that served us, went right back to vaping, like we interrupted him. This time around, 2 days ago whole new crew, horrible service, the food was disgusting, the eggs were floating in oil, everything tasted like onions and there was no structure, I quickly exited and found another IHOP.. I won’t be back to this one….

This was the worst IHop I have ever been to. Service- there was none. We wanted to sit next to the window and the waitress says no for some reason. Menu is awesome but we waited easily 40 minutes for our food and finally told the waitress forget it. It was not busy This is the second time this happened. New beautiful restaurant and lousey service. Even to get seated took the ” manager” too long.

I love to come here all the time. The pancakes are absolutely terrific, the angus beef burger is insane. Plus, it doesn’t take too long to serve you the food. I will always recommend to come to this restaurant.

June 15, 9:57am. Table #16. check 5844 for $68.83 without tip. Attended by Mrs. Melany. The entire order was a disaster: 1° We asked for 2 regular orange juices and she brought apple juice, then she brought kids juices and the third one she finally brought what we asked for but she never brought water. 2° She brought a dish that we had not ordered and when we told her that this was not it, she insisted that it was, until we had her review the order and then she realized that she had made a mistake. 3° We had ordered 1 Sirloin with mushrooms and she brought us tips of sirloin with onion and bell pepper, at that moment she told us that this was what we had ordered, again, then we asked her for the menu and it was then that she told us that they did not have mushrooms and neither steak, they only had tips. 4° We ordered pancakes with blueberry and she forgot, she brought them when we were leaving. 5° We ordered salmon and when we asked for lemon, she told us that they didn’t have lime 6° the place has mosquitoes. 7° The table next to ours was full of ants. 8° She brought the butter we ordered after we were almost done eating. 9° We asked for takeaway containers because we couldn’t be there anymore because of the mosquitoes and I had to go get them myself. This place is a mess, there were 2 manager girls who are definitely not doing their job. The food was pretty good but I don’t recommend going to this place.

Waited 28 minutes for someone to take our order, 30 more till our drinks were out (drinks, since when pouring a Pepsi take 30min?) another 45 for our food to be out. We keep looking their way and they kept ignoring our table. Mind you, the restaurant had only 3 more other parties.

The place is completely empty in the middle of the day. I felt so bad for the 3 employees. They were training a new chef, so we understood about the mix up. The young waitress was awesome. Such a pleasant personality and attentive.
