At a Pompano Fl. Rena, our waitress was rude. She was in too much of a hurry to even complete our orders. As I tried to order she cut me off and went to someone else. I asked for brown well done hash browns and this is what I got. When I said something, she told me that was the best she could do on a Sunday.

Ihop is my favorite breakfast restaurant and I’ve been to various ihop restaurants all over the country but my experience here has been the best by far. My server Sharee was very pleasant and kind. Very knowledgeable about the menu and accommodating. The food was timely and delicious. If I had more money to tip her at the time I would have with no question. She has set the standard for a server when I go to any restaurant from this day forth. Need more like you. Keep up the good work Ihop for hiring servers like Sharee.

I went for breakfast today and I was very impressed. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm friendly smile , my server Brenda was ,knowledgeable, efficient, fast friendly and funny what more can you ask for. Also I found it very nice that the manager came by my table and ask for my input and if everything was to my liking…. I felt very valued! I definitely will return to this location and will have Brenda as my server! You guys are doing a great job!

I love IHOP! I literally order the same thing every time and it never disappoints. This location is super close to me and always great. Liz and Sharee (the other time) was incredible, so kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet. I also love that they always come through with my omelet customizations without any issues. The chef did an amazing job, my food was delicious, hot, and exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Manager James handle my Pickup order perfectly. He was friendly and efficient when I arrived confirmed my order right away and make sure everything was correct before handing it over. The food was packaged, neatly clearly labeled and still hot. Because of James, the pickup process was easy and pleasant. Outstanding dine-in experience! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from IHOP. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Sad excuse for a hashbrown. Portion size is terrible and burnt to hell. Where’s the other half of my hashbrown? And then the omelette, all the toppings are burnt to. Terrible cook back there 10/05. $16 for burnt food and half of a hashbrown. I should’ve just went to dandee donuts for the same price and for double the portion.
