Had an absolutely wonderful breakfast at IHOP in Homestead! From the moment we sat down, Kimberly made us feel so welcome with her beautiful smile and kind energy. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.
I enjoyed delicious pancakes, savory pork sausage, and cozy hot cocoa, but what truly made this experience special was Kimberly’s amazing service. She went above and beyond and turned a simple breakfast into a memorable moment.

It was one of those rare days that I was dining alone. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Kimberly was super attentive and made sure to check on me and that I was taken care of. She even added a special touch of whipped cream for a beautiful presentation to my French toast. I will certainly be back soon.

Okay I gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect and no one is perfect but this atmosphere was amazing. The server Miss Keyona is amazing- VERY SWEET and kind!! She felt like a long lost cousin
Listen, we have ALL experienced servers who are stalkers like they want a tip or you cant find them. She’s soo attentive and kind that the next time I come- ill call before I come!
Seriously though I have NEVER been to any breakfast establishment that the seats, the bathroom, the tables were CLEAN. The manager Mr Dave – who was extremely polite and friendly. I was shocked to see a manager so welcoming and not acting as if they’re too busy just to answer a question.
Dennys- Eat n Park may have good food but the places make me feel dirty- the seats smell like body odor and everything is sticky- Although- I haven’t been here in over 10 years- but I have been to Dennys weekly for years and I now only get my good to go because of the ambience there.
