2nd Worst place to have Eggs Benedict. Run. The pictures on the menu looks fabulous but the reality is another. Had to send back 3 times to try to be editable. The last time I felt like speaking to the cook. The waitress was very nice but very inexperienced. Kitchen very slow. Don’t show up if you are very hungry. I have been a customer for the last 29 years, but when this Ihop turned corporate it went down hill.

This use to be one of my favorite places to go, today I just had to wait for like 25 minutes to be seated. I saw half of the restaurant closed and there is only one waiter to serve the side where they are sitting people. This is actually against any restaurant policy. Wth ♀️ wow I use to smile when I came often with my kids but it’s like I will not return after today. That is unheard of to close half of the restaurant and let people wait because of management choosing to do this?! and only having one waiter. Very sad and disappointed ☹️

me, my friend and our moms came to ihop very hungry and exhausted craving some food. The server quoted that it would take 20-30 mins to make the food which we were fine with since it was busy. We waited a total of almost 50 mins for just two dishes to come out, half of the table got food and the other half didn’t, we waited patiently as the second half of the food came out which came out way later after half of the table was already done with theirs. The dishes each kept coming out one by one, we waited forever for our last dish of pancakes to come out just for it to be not cooked and doughy. We waited almost an hour for our food to come out in total, the server was being understanding which we did take under consideration but how long it took was completely unacceptable and we will not be coming again.

This is my regular IHOP and they’re usually good with everything, food and service. Popped in one evening for breakfast for dinner. The place was empty exception of cook and one server/waitress. They greeted me as I walked up to the counter.

Now the reason for my rating is for the food my server on the other hand was nice and made sure I was good. The food here sucks I ordered the steak tips with eggs and hash brown with New York cheesecake pancakes. My order came out wrong I let the server know right away she took it to the kitchen and the cook stated that’s all they had I ordered extra onions didn’t get it and was charged but she took it off. The food was thrown together the steak was chewy I was disappointed will not be returning.

Disgusting customer service. Customers came after us and were served before us until the waitress arrived because we called her. She took the order without asking if we wanted hash browns or pancakes. She arrived and brought us the order with pancakes without asking . the old staff would usually ask, the service was completely different and even when we asked we got the feeling as if she was doing us a favor. Very disgusting service
