The only thing good about this place is the manager. The waitress messed up everybody order and she actually had the nerves to bring me food she clearly saw was burnt as you can see in the pictures. Also it took at least 45 minutes to get our food after ordering.

My boys and I been coming to this Ihops for about 10 yrs now. We love this Ihops. It’s never too crowded. The cooks are great. We love the service there from all the employees. Haven’t had a bad experience. If you are craving some inexpensive quick original breakfast this would be the spot. Thank you for great service.

I ordered a breakfast for my house, I have been to the place and their dishes are organized and with a moderate portion of food. But today I got this, like three tablespoons of food, the avocados almost damaged and disorganized. My bowl did not arrive covered as it should be. I don’t know if it’s the restaurant’s or the delivery man’s mistake.

OMG. Ten minutes, no hostess. Seated, no waitress, ten minutes. No water. Another customer sent his pancakes back twice, raw on the middle. Two servers arguing three feet away from us, almost came to blows. Finally order, server never brought half the order. Check was wrong. Whole time many people waiting at front, no hostess to seat them. Looked like plenty of staff so not sure what the major malfunction was. Avoid. You have been warned.

The manager of the place is great, is a black dude and his wife Spanish great people, but the waitress that served there with orange hair, ugly service, rude, hurry to take the order and whatever question about the menu, was like was bothering. I asked for water and never bringed, my son went to ask her for water and she said to him that he dont have to go to her to ask for… very poor customer service skills

Under staff and the waitress was working from 8 am I got there at 11 :47 and it’s just her and the cook just imagine she is the hostess the busboy the cashier and the server. I really felt that she needs to be honererd and deserve a raise. And still between the two of them they did their job . And the food was actually decent. But seriously they need more people on staff. They working their people to much for a little bit of money. So I left her a really good tip because she deserves it

Food was good! Took a little longer than expected but I had a three hour flight delay so plenty of time to kill anyway. Friendly staff and food was packaged well. I did see the chef munching away on something in the very visible kitchen while he was cooking which I know is not allowed but other than that it was a good experience.

Our server Graciela, restored my faith in dining out again. The last time I came to IHOP I swore not to return. Well, I was sooooo craving some pancakes and boy they were so good. Place is not first class but I will trade that in anytime for great service. Thanks Graciela!
