Cousins, this one tested my patience and my stomach. ️
Hey cousins, it’s your favorite real Dr., and as always, remember: I’m not new to this, I’m true to this. So let’s just dive right in.
Service? Lawd… I don’t know if the whole crew called out or if I walked in during a staffing crisis, but the wait was over an hour after being seated. I almost started filling out an employment application just to help them out. The waitress was clearly stretched thin, bless her heart, but the struggle was visible from space.
Then the comedy continued: dirty silverware, suspect lemons, and half the menu unavailable. At this point, I didn’t know whether to pray or call the city health department. But the real plot twist? When the food finally showed up, it was cold. Like “straight out the fridge, not the kitchen” cold. And to make it worse, the order wasn’t even right. So now I’m sitting there reheating my patience while my taste buds packed up and left the building.
The food itself? Let’s just say it existed. But by the time it arrived, the vibe was gone, the moment was ruined, and my appetite had officially clocked out.
So for this one, cousins? It’s giving “think twice before entering, maybe three times.” You’ve been warned, respectfully and with love. ️

Listen this IHOP that we visited wasn’t very big, which it didn’t need to be as for what they lacked in size, they made up for in service and attitude. Customer service was excellent. Couldn’t ask for better server. She was excellent. I stood and watched the kitchen crew as well, and they were on point, very vocal with getting the orders out. Would recommend 100%.

Great food and service from Grace. No place does pancakes like IHOP! Bacon was quality with hash browns as well. My friend was pleasantly surprised on how tasty the steak & eggs were. Plenty of of parking and clean bathrooms make this definitely one of the better locations.

Absolutely amazing experience at IHOP! Our server Tina — who also greeted us at the door — was super kind, friendly, and incredibly sweet. The pancakes were absolute perfection, fluffy and delicious, and every dish we ordered tasted amazing. The restaurant was quiet, clean, and very well organized, creating such a comfortable atmosphere. We truly enjoyed everything from start to finish. 100% recommend this location — incredible service and delicious food!

Our server was Brandon and unfortunately I didn’t catch the cook’s name, but apparently they’re at this location every Wednesday night, and they were all sooo great! I don’t think I’ve ever had hash browns being cooked so well! And I enjoyed all other parts of my “breakfast at night” and the service was so pleasant too. Thank you Brandon for making my and my mom’s night so good!

Our waitress, Lamiyah, was absolutely excellent! very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely welcoming to everyone she interacted with. What stood out just as much was the way the waitstaff worked together and communicated so well with the kitchen staff. The positive energy was refreshing to see.
We left not only with bellies full of great-tasting food, but also feeling grateful to witness that there are still truly great people in this world. Highly recommend!

our waiter (Marvin) did an amazing job.
Marvin Spoke with a smile and made us feel at home. The food came out at a nice temperature, in a timely manner. We barely waited on anything when we needed extra food items to our table. I really love how they bring you a personal half pot of coffee, so you can pour it, when you need it. i love The flavored syrup setup on the table, I added some butter pecan syrup to my coffee and it tasted wonderful. This establishment is doing overtime great work, management please acknowledge

Lisa our waitress was so nice! She looked after us really well and the service was super quick. The food was great too and my eggs were cooked to perfection! My son really enjoyed his banana foster pancakes. Great place for families as well. There was a member of staff doing balloon figures for the younger ones. And to top it all, the prices were really good too. Thank you!
