On our way to a cruise we wanted breakfast. We put in the closes IHOP in the GPS & it brought us here. Not realizing right away this town was on our list of places to visit. Anyway, we ordered hot chocolate. What we got was a clumpy mess, the server said, “your gonna have to stir that up some.” My wife got hers with whipped cream so she didn’t see mine at first. She did taste hers a sip. Looked at mine, asked the server to take it back. It was a little on the chilly side that morning so we wanted something warm. We settled for coffee instead. My wife once again had to show our server her “so called” eggs over easy. She agreed, they weren’t done. Took them back with no problems. Not her fault. The food was lacking that day.

We walked in to a bustling morning filled with lively patrons, and I was blown away by what the kitchen team, Nita and Will, pulled off. The wait staff were just as impressive — fast, attentive, and genuinely cheerful. And even though the place was packed, they still took the time to have fun and lead a round of birthday songs for a few guests. We’re only in town for a couple of days on holiday, but this is definitely the spot for our breakfasts. Hats off to this amazing team!

Smaller restaurant size location, however the service was very prompt. We were seated right away on a mid Saturday morning. Our waitress was very kid friendly and eager to help. Our table-side coffee pot stayed filled. The photo above was the largest adult platter and was more than enough for a big eater. A good experience, clean environment. One of the better Ihops I have been to.

Amazing customer service! Our server was one of the happiest people we’ve met in a long time. The Manager was just as friendly! Our breakfast was perfect, so the cooks in the back were on point too. Good job! The whole exspiereance really was a great start to our day. If you are vacationing here, I would highly recommend this location.

I felt rushed and unheard from the moment I walked in. This loud server wouldn’t even listen to me when I wanted to sit in a booth. She was moving so fast she didn’t want to stop for one minute. My omelette was burnt and did not look anything like a steak omelette. The manager couldn’t even come talk to me. My neighbor told me this was the best place boy was she wrong. I didn’t even get my military discount that I asked for. Oh sorry I forgot is all she said. Wow is not a word I would use here. Never again. Not for these prices. And all the waitresses were fighting over who gets a table next.

Kie our server was amazing. Came on a Sunday morning, the whole restaurant was packed! A lot of folks going to cruises or just simply in the area. She did amazing our food was awesome. Every staff member was friendly and greeted us from the door. Will totally come back again to see Kie!

We visited IHOP in Cocoa Beach this morning. Our server Erica was delightful and our food was delicious! So excited to see gluten free pancakes on the menu but still miss the harvest grain pancakes which kept me coming back for more.
