I had the most delicious breakfast today. I had taken a picture of my breakfast to show my daughter how good it looked when ai got it, so I’m happy to share it on this survey. The ingredients used to make my breakfast actually tasted very fresh. My server, Ms. Debbie was very sweet, accommodating, and attentive. Anytime I visit this area I will definitely eat here again and will ask to be seated in Ms. Debbie’s section again. Heidi tell her your friend so I will have to. I was talking to my friend and they were gonna have lunch there phenomenal. I said that you guys are happy. Survey that thank you so much yeah I just go to the store like last March so I’m trying to turn everything around so we got a lot. I’m gonna start now. I got new phone systems on the phone to work. I’m really sad to be updating my review, because this location has truly been a comfort place for me.
I’ve been coming here 4–5 times per week for a long time, and I’ve gotten to know the cooks and servers personally. They’ve always been kind and careful.
Unfortunately, I just found out IHOP is discontinuing the gluten-friendly pancakes. For most people, that’s just a menu change — but for me, it’s much bigger than that.
I have MCAS and extremely strict dietary restrictions. I can only tolerate about 4–5 foods, and the gluten-friendly pancakes were one of my only safe options. Without them, I honestly won’t have a reason to come here anymore, because I can make eggs and hash browns at home.
What makes this especially heartbreaking is that ever since I got sick, I’ve gone to IHOP for my gluten-friendly pancakes on my birthday — because I can’t have normal birthday cake. It was the closest thing I had to celebrating like everyone else.
Food is tied to celebration, connection, and life. Losing one of the only safe foods I have is devastating.
I’m not upset with the staff here — they’ve been wonderful — I’m just deeply disappointed in this decision and what it means for people like me.

Our only complaint was the size of the booth, which seemed a little tight! Otherwise this was a great breakfast experience from beginning to end. We were attended to quickly, and our waitress kept checking in to make sure our needs were met. Orders were filled accurately, including special requests, and the food was delicious. The cook even checked in to see how we liked the food. We’d gladly drop in again should we return to this area.

I normally don’t write reviews unless I have an extremely amazing experience, and that’s exactly why Im writing this one! It was all thanks to my amazing server Taylor. I loved her attention to details, her smiley face and awesome sense of humor! All of this combined with the excellent service she provided making sure I received my food just like I ordered it and fast! It truly makes a difference an attitude like hers, and it made me want to come back. Excellent service overall!

Missy was my server today and due to being short staffed and one of the employees walking out. She stepped right in and started cooking and serving. The food was delicious and she was very very nice and took great pride in her job. She was very attentive to everything she was doing. She was one of the only employees and only server when we first came in. Another server had stepped in while she cooked for everyone. Very great experience.

My server was Amanda and oh my gosh I must say she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was attentive and very on top of everything even when it was busy. She made sure to check in on us and our food was out fast and not one thing missed. 10/10 server with a great attitude and personality! Will be back for her service.

I’ve been to this location several times before but what I just experienced was definitely by far the best! I stopped in during a quiet time for this IHOP. I had amazing service, got to really know some of the servers and got a chance to speak to the GM Heidi! I had to let her know that not only was my food phenomenal that she prepared, but her servers are definitely Top-Notch in their field and deserve a raise!!!
