The sampler platter! This is one of my favorite dishes and sadly it was served slightly cold, eggs not cooked to over easy, burnt protein and hash browns not crispy at all. Service was good but it could have been better if they had more server snd not 1 running 5 tables in the morning. I didn’t want to exchange the platter due to only one server available, orders taking longer time to come out and drinks refills not on time. We can do better.

Lisa took care of me right away, spoke my language and made great recommendations. This place is def a family oriented ihop. Granted I did visit Sunday after church but amazing service and clean. ♥️♥️tres leches pancake is a must try!!!

I went there twice in July, sat at the same table with the same waitress in which both times she walked by as if my daughter and I weren’t there. You have to signal them to even check on you. Paying the bill, that was a joke because as I mentioned the waitress was never around. She brought us the food and we never seen her again at our table. So BOTH times I had to leave my seat to pay my bill and of course the only person who can ring that up is the missing in action waitress. I’m DONE,I’ll fund a better ola e to eat

Took an hour to receive food for 5 people. Yadira was our waitress. She came to us twice. We were her only table. Started with 2 other parties in the resturant then 2 more came in later. So it wasnt busy at all. She stayed in the back the majority of the time. Asked if we wanted refills and we said yes, never received them. Gave us incorrect food, charged us for food we didn’t receive. Didn’t tell us when menu items weren’t available till after we ordered and asked us where the missing items were. Gave me loaded mashed potatoes when I wanted regular, asked to replace it and she took my whole plate and took 10 minutes to replace with regular mashed potatoes. We were incorrectly upcharged for food we didn’t get, and received incorrect receipts in the end. Paid more than what we ordered but didn’t wait for the waitress to come around and waste another 20+ minutes. My utensils were not clean. I unwrapped 5 other sets till I got a set I was comfortable eating off of. Go to any other location in the world.

Very poor customer service. Many of the employees have very bad attitudes. Manager doesn’t listen to customers and definitely needs training in customer service. Corporate definitely needs to have a secret shopper come to this location and witness the poor customer service first hand because it is one thing to read about it and another to actual view it. Due to this I cancelled my order and they definitely lost a customer.

Who ever is the district manager of this Ihop is should be concerned the managers don’t have any administrative training. This Ihop is a circus the customer service sucks. Their employees are over worked and tired and apparently the manager refuses to hire anyone even if they meet the qualifications. I have four personals that have applied and been given the run around lies about being put on schedule starting in a few days to a week being promised to get a call back. This is absurd your a big Corporation have some respect and ethical values. Just because someone is an immigrant dose not mean they can’t do the job. Also have some respect for the toxic environment you put your employees in no one should be that stressed at work. I’m so disappointed in IHop leadership. These ppl are not looking for workers the short staff is an excuse, no one should support this type of employee abuse. Your food will be undercooked and cold . Your better off driving to another IHOP.

The restaurant was a little busy, but in my opinion it wasn’t busy enough for the waitress not to check back on us. Three times we had to go ask for a food item, utensils, and syrup. The food was warm not hot, but I really didn’t want to send anything back and have to wait longer. On the positive side the food was tasty and the presentation was good.

Clean! Friendly staff! The staff I talked to all said it’s a great place to work. The food was served hot, perfectly cooked, and yummy. I visited on a busy Sunday morning and still was seated right away and coffee came in lightening speed. The prices are extremely reasonable with many specials. Kids are accommodated with crayons and coloring menu. Highly recommend any time of the day. Strictly following health guidelines.

I was craving ihop again after my excellent service from my last visit at the ihop on university dr. At the door they did have a sign about being short staffed which is understandable but they did not have any sense of professionalism and we were overcharged. The food quality was also not great. They took an hour and thirty minutes to complete a 2 table order.
