had a wonderful experience at IHOP, thanks to the excellent service provided by Diamond and Ethan. Diamond was warm, attentive, and welcoming, setting the tone for a great visit.
Although Diamond’s shift ended, Ethan seamlessly continued that same great energy and level of care. He remained attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure everything stayed perfect from start to finish. The transition was smooth and never felt like a handoff — just consistent, quality service.
Both servers demonstrated strong teamwork, excellent communication, and genuine care for the guest experience. The food arrived hot and accurate, and we felt well taken care of the entire time.
This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Huge appreciation to Ethan for carrying the experience through and to Diamond for starting it off strong. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Bree. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked on us regularly, kept our drinks filled, and made sure our food came out exactly how we ordered it.
The service was quick, the food was hot and fresh, and Bree’s positive attitude made the whole meal even better. She was professional but also really welcoming, which made the experience feel more personal instead of rushed.
It’s always nice when a server genuinely cares about the customers, and Bree definitely did. If you’re going to IHOP, I hope you get her as your server because she does an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back.

First time visiting this location an was not disappointed. Clean seating area and restrooms. I came with my mother and father during breakfast hours and we were seated very quickly. Lots of tables so wait times were minimal. Our server was Nicole and she was very kind and quick with tending to our needs.

Rachel was very kind and courteous. Camilla was a very pleasant host. Everyone was polite, the environment was very peaceful, and the food was great! Also, as an Orthodox Christian observing Lent, there was good options without meat. I asked for a to go plate for a local homeless guy, Camilla knew exactly what his favorite dish was. That sense of awareness and kindness is very rare but should be the standard. God Bless

We went pretty late and Aysha, the server there, was very nice! the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet! The food was also filling and the steak was cooked perfectly.

I had to come in by myself and that’s always a little bit scary when you’re used to coming in with people. But I was greeted with a friendly smile and got seated right away. My water order was brought right up to me. And then the food came and let me tell you it was excellent. It was just what the doctor ordered. I’ll be at atmosphere is warm and friendly though being a Saturday afternoon on a holiday, it was quiet, which was nice.
