Dirty tables since we arrived until we left approximately one hour. Buckets of dirty dishes are placed on top of the counter where food is dispensed, where waitresses add butter on plates, rags are left there. Our table had no utensils, we had ask for them a few times. Many waitresses and hostesses and no busser. Dishwasher man came out to get the dishes smh all dishes and utensils we’re dirty. Nothing ready for customers, really.

I went to I hop for breakfast and had a great dining experience. Beth was our server and she took great care of us. She sat us quickly and took care of us. It was a busy Saturday morning but everything went smoothly. We didn’t even notice the wait time. Beth made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us kept us posted on our food. Was all around a pleasant meal.

My breakfast meal was excellent. Perfect eggs and hash browns. Inside the dining room was clean. There was a fly that would not leave us alone. I understand it can be difficult to prevent them. However I will definitely eat here again.
