What a disappointment. This was my first time to an IHOP in over a decade, and it was my children’s first experience. My food was decent, as was my husband’s, but we ordered both kids a smiley face pancake and they were absolutely pathetic (see photo). Like, really? You can’t give him chocolate chip eyes or something so it actually resembles a smiley face? Just sad.

Did someone lose the keys to the ac lockbox? It was a sauna in the dining area and the bathroom smelled like pew pew. There was no soap in the men’s bathroom which makes one wonder, how the male service team properly cleaned their hands. And for the male guests- we saw you walk out and we know there was no soap. Got the Kyle Edwards famous French toast conundrum in the house. The food was okay. I have no other words for the food. We requested our hash browns crispy and they came out medium rare. The pancakes had insufficient amount of egg and were breaking apart and splitting in half. Our drinks were never checked.The omelet was bland and just sub par for typical iHop.

Terrible IHOP experience. You are gladly welcomed with the smell of pee from the restrooms right in front of the door. It was hot and muggy the whole time, and there was also a lot of mold on the ceilings above where we ate. The food was decent but they had very small portions compared to what I remember, it looked as if someone already ate half of my plate. We had to wait two hours for our food that was barely warm. I got a 2x2x2 with hash browns on the side, which only took me 10 minutes to eat due to the small portions. There was no salt on the table, our eggs were bland, and the hash browns were overcooked. The waiter was decent, seemed a little stressed from her job and the arguing we could hear in the kitchen.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Had a 25 minute wait time to be seated. Which Is understandable. Then got our drinks and took our order. Then waited and waited and waited and waited some more. No one ever came and told us anything about our order. Finally after 45 minutes I waved down the water and his response is I’ll go check on your order. After another 15 minutes of waiting he comes back and says they are now working on it. I told him they could keep it. We got up and left. WORST IHOP IVE EVER BEEN IN.

The service was good. Wait time at 12pm was about 20 min. Food has changed a bit on portion size. When pancakes come with your meal they now make those smaller.

Good food, but they need to be faster. We waited one hour in line and another one hour to have our food, 1 hour to fry 2 eggs is too much. Costumer service was good, people are friendly, food was very good, my only complaint is about the time, other than this, everything was great. Also, Please management, fix the front door alarm, it’s unbelievable this thing crazy making all this noise in our had.

This location was packed but they got people seated pretty quickly in my opinion. The air was still and a bit muggy. If felt like the AC could have been off or very low and no fans blowing. The food was good. They needed more help. My server took my order and still brought back the wrong plate. After he apologized he brought the correct plate and left the other. We had no silverware to eat still 15 minutes after our food was at the table and then waited honestly 30 minutes after he brought the check. And was told by other staff that my server has to take the payment ♀️

The waiters polite,when we did get our meal. I’ve posted pics ,we decide. I asked to speak to the Manger our bill was $32. I talked to her, she seemed unconcerned, she took the receipt back. No one should have to eat this. They had no gravy, they sub. turkey gravy. I thought it was salad dressing ( oil and vinegar) . We’ve loved P.C.s I hop for yrs.. ..

The worst experience ever! Waited 2 hours and did not get our food yet two families that came in after us had already ate and left. The waitress was rude and mean. One couple that came in the same time we did were sitting on the bench in the entrance still waiting to be seated yet two couples that came in after them were seated and fed and left. They were still sitting there two hours later. Ugh! The worst place. Bathrooms filthy. Do not go to this place. Yuck!

We were a party of 14 on a Sunday and were quickly sat at 930am. It was uncomfortably warm and humid inside! Water from the restroom had overflowed out into the waiting area.
