Clean restaurant upon entering. Not busy. Only 3 tables or so occupied. Sampler was good. The chicken sandwich was plain and toast a little burnt. Buffalo grilled chicken didn’t seem quite cooked well enough. Omelet was good as the blueberry pancakes. Waitress kept drinks refilled. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Prices are getting expensive

There was hardly anyone there when we visited. Service was fast and friendly. My only complaint was that they didn’t have anything that we originally ordered. They didn’t even have things to make the kid’s pancake that my daughter wanted. Our waitress, however, was very patient and helpful with helping us figure out other options. She used what she did have to make our experience as good as possible 🙂

We ordered food to go from this location and it was completely screwed up, pancakes not made right, hashbrown bowl looked like hog slop and drinks didn’t have the right lids on them and spilled all over. Called the manager Jannie to resolve issues and she had no intention of helping us resolve the issue was immediately dismissive and claimed she would not help because profanity was used which it was not. She has zero customer service skills and hopefully corporate sees this review and does something about this. I will never eat at this location again probanly never at any other ihop again.

This is the worst IHop I’ve ever been to. Four states, and wow. This is impressive. Sitting at a table for 45 minutes waiting for our food. If I didn’t have four hours of driving to do, I would’ve left. Bathrooms are disgusting. Food was cold! Definitely happy this will be a one and done.

Mine and my baby’s food was cold. Some of the other member’s of our party had cold food, also. We waited at least 2 hours between wait time and the time we got our food. We had 4 children. Ages 8 years, 7 years, 4 years and 15 months. The baby became restless and very hungry. We asked to go ahead and get some scrambled eggs or fruit for him, but we were just told, “your order will be right up”. It was not! ♀️ When the server was asked to get another pepsi for someone he said ok and then forgot. When he was asked again, he said ok, but cleaned off 2 tables 1st. The patrons you have should come before dirty tables. Js. The restaurant was fairly clean, the servers mostly rude and the food coyld be good if warm. I do not plan to go back on any of my return trips.

Hostess greeted us and continued talking w coworker we were standing there for a good minute before getting seated(they were not busy). I ordered the spicy poblano egg Benedict’s and the “poached” egg was not poached, more like hard boil. It was suppose to come with shredded beef but I had 3 pieces of the shredded beef on only one of them. Never coming back.
