I have no idea how this place is even in business! My husband and i went here and we were the only customers! My pancakes were not pancakes, they gave me 3 crepes they tried to pass off as pancakes! They asked me how much coffee i think I’m going to drink because they don’t have any made since we were the only customers, mind you it’s 8pm on a Friday. They were out of creamer, out of potatoes and we had to ask for silverware. The food was horrible and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting l.

Chris was a great server! He had such a joyous and welcoming attitude that made the whole experience better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and it really shows in how he treats his guests. Great service overall!

Ms. Jenn service was excellent. She greeted us before we entered the building. She seated us promptly, and kept us updated we our order was coming out. Food was good. Our sweet tea was not the best and she replaced it quickly. She checked in on our table frequently to make sure we had what we needed. We definitely be returning soon.

I have to say without Chris being as responsible and courteous and such as a team player I would have left the establishment. Chris should be recognized monetarily as wee as a step up to manger because he lead on all levels to be customer engaged trying to help in with everything to keep the customers here and being patient which is harder to for me as a have patience. His leadership skills did not go unnoticed by one customer. I love his effort and it shows he loves his job. He really shined today . He represented this establishment well!!!! The 5 stars were fir Chris hard work

Edit: They refunded our meal and it is much appreciated. They made it super easy on us.
Original:Waited 30 minutes for an order placed on the app (5 minute drive). Gave us pancakes instead of waffles. Bacon and sausage was missing. Eggs were missing cheese and were a much smaller portion than usual and freezing. Waited 30 for it to be “fixed”. Spinach and mushroom omelet had no onions, no tomatoes, no hollandaise sauce. Was not warm and it had pieces of cooked PANCAKE chunks in it. Disgusting!!! Bacon ended up overcooked. Hash browns are never cooked right. Only two tables of people eating. One elderly waiter. People were walking out due to slow service, etc. A refund would be great. I am actually quite angry. Christmas eve dinner / night was messed up thanks to IHOP. We were looking into new traditions for Christmas Eve dinner. It sure won’t be IHOP.

The food was fantastic and a very great value. It was very high-quality And exceeded my expectations. I hadn’t been to IHOP Much until recently, but I’ve had several good experiences, and the prices are very reasonable and my server, Katina was very attentive and kind. Great breakfast for dinner while traveling in business!

I took my family here for breakfast on a Sunday and we had a terrible experience.
We were seated at 11:15am and did not see a waitress until an hour later. The restaurant only had 3 families in there including mine . Our cups and utensils were disturbingly filthy. I asked for plastic utensils and was only given a to go cup. After 2 hrs of waiting , our food arrived wrong and cold . I spoke with 3 different managers supposedly and after another 15 minutes we just got up and walk away. Never coming to this location again.

A Tribe Called Clements
Jenn was absolutely amazing. We stumbled across this IHOP visiting friends as we live in Atlanta.Jenn effortlessly served us and others in her section, making sure everyone had what they needed and wanted at all times. Whenever we are back in Tallahassee, we will definitely come back!
