To be honest, we weren’t even sure it was open when we got there. There were ZERO cars in the parking lot. We walked in, and we had to look around for an employee. Eventually we were seated and ordered our food. Surprisingly, it came out fast. The food was decent, but nothing great. I got salsa with my cheese sticks, which I don’t think was intentional?? The cook was going in and out of the building, which was odd. Nonetheless, the food was good enough and our server was kind.

Small amount of people waiting for tables, so I asked for a short stack and hash browns to go. I sat watching a TV program on Netflix. It dawned on me that I’d finished the hour episode of Shameless and was still sitting there. I looked up a few times and the people waiting had been seated. A new group of people arrived and were seated as well. I saw food going to one of the first group i saw seated, and got upset.Then I voiced my displeasure at how long I’d been ignored. My food came out within minutes of speaking to someone. I wasn’t happy after such a long wait,and was not satisfied with the EXTREMELY SMALL portion of hash brown that I didn’t notice before I walked out. For $17 c’mon man!! I should’ve gotten more hash browns for that wait time alone.

The food itself was good , but the server really wasn’t on her game. She’s lucky I’m a passive person or she wouldn’t have gotten a tip at all. I had to flag down another server to bring me utensils to eat with.

It was great up until I noticed I was eating ants and long wait service . They did comp the meal but then they started giving bad energy maybe because of short staff I’m not sure but it was a short stack of ants I didn’t appreciate.

We came here at 3 am after dancing all night and let me tell you they are really amazing. The staff was attentive and helpful. Food was great and there were a lot of other people there. Our server told me it was cheaper to have a side or pancakes with my egg sandwich and I was very appreciative.

Ordered 3 sirloin steak tips with sides. One of the sirloin tips entrees had 5 pieces of meat with a single strand of onion and no mushrooms inside while the other two barely had anything inside either. Only got 1 of our 3 sides. Tried to contact them like 9 times just to get hung up on each time. Paid 40+ dollars for this. Definitely will not be going back.

Good food and service. When we pulled up, thought the place might be closed. Nobody there. Was open. Me and wife ate breakfast. Got the bill, for $ 60. Plus I always tip. $70 for 2 people for breakfast. We now know why no one was there. $20 just for our bacon.

apparently ihop is super mega dilla, Super disappointed it definitely wasn’t mega and they missed the dilla part too. 1st we ordered the super mega fries which was a bigger joke than our president we received about 10 fries that had a pinch of shredded cheese that sprinkled around the container like salt bae did it and three crumbles of bacon. 2nd i got the MEGA cheeseburger quesadilla i received two pieces of toast with tomato and unmelted cheese. 3rd we got the fajita quesadilla it was just inedible. The ranch was so secret that the fries we ordered must’ve been hiding with it. Overall super mega DONT. Also all the pictures are as we ordered.

IHOP is consistently delicious, with the exception of several over the 30 years I’ve lived in Jacksonville. The IHOP on Atlantic had the best servers and when Michael was let go in early 2000 we no longer went to IHOP: we followed him to the hotel in San Marco. I have an amazing son who wanted to go to IHOP. Obviously we went and my experience was “consistently” delicious and extra special because my GoldenChild found it scrumptious!

Waitress was nice but she was told only shell eggs and I’m but sure if the cook or she didn’t think that we would notice or just didn’t care..So who ever was the cook on 12/16/18 around 8pm needs a talking to at the 103rd St. location..I didn’t want to cause a fuss but thats not customer service oriented if you flat out ignore a paying customer’s request..I love IHOP and frequent often but we were not happy to pay our $73 tab. As a courtesy we still tipped the waitress.
