We had a fantastic breakfast at IHOP this morning! Our favorite steak tips breakfast was cooked perfectly and came out fast and hot. Lynn was our server and she was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing. Our drinks stayed filled, our food came out quickly, and she made the whole experience even better. Great service and great food—we’ll definitely be back!

Our server Donna was exceptional. I noticed all the tables she was serving inside and outside the establishment yet her attentiveness to our table did not fall short. Great job and thank you! The food was also warm and delicious.

Our experience started with the host he was a very polite young man was helping everyone as they came in creating as little wait as possible. Then we were sat with our server who came over and took our drink order and food order, she was polite and answered the questions I had. The food was good and came out rather quickly.

Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Food came out hot and fresh. Jo Jo served us and treated me and my two toddlers with extra care. I felt comfortable bringing my kids there being a single mom and would do it again.

Donna was amazing. We sat outside and while we watched some more difficult customers seat themselves and move around she was respectful and diligent in giving the best customer service to all. She was attentive and helpful with the menu and was very kind even when our 17 month old was being a lil bonkers I will be asking to sit in her section every time I come here from now on.

Disappointed!
I came in with my wife for lunch. The restaurant seemed to be badly understaffed even though there were a number of employees there. One male waiter was doing something like 10 tables by himself. He was hustling, that’s for sure. But why? There were at least three other employees in the front area basically on a break. Not good! It appeared to be a problem with the management not paying enough attention to what is going on. That’s sad because it could be a nice restaurant.
The restaurant and the bathrooms were also on the dirty side.
Next time I go out for lunch, I will be taking my restaurant dollars elsewhere.
