I’ve been to several IHOP locations, and I told myself I would only leave a comment when I found a place where the food, the atmosphere, and the service together came as close to perfection as possible. I know perfection doesn’t really exist, but I still love those moments when it feels like it does.
This place has it.
The food tastes absolutely amazing—a true explosion of incredible flavors. The manager is always attentive, not only to the staff but also to the customers; they even know some customers by name. You can feel the love in every detail of what they do.
Please, if someone reads this comment—since my English isn’t very good and I felt shy about going to say it in person—please congratulate the manager and the entire team on my behalf: the chef, the servers, and even the person washing the dishes.
They truly deserve it.

My wife and I had an amazing experience!! Our server Joyce was friendly, attentive, and took care of us extremely well. The food was really good and it was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended!

My server, Felicia is phenomenal very fast and attention to details which when you are starving it’s very important that you have all that you need before chowing down. IHop palm coast Fla. Is amazing. The Hostes was so graciously kind,down to earth, the sweetest lady. She definitely provided over the top service. I am sorry I forgot her name. The restaurant was very clean,the atmosphere was pleasant, everyone greeted. We ordered to go. The food was prepared fast and it was delicious. My wait time was probably 5- 10 minutes W included condiments. You will be satisfied with your visit.
I can’t remember the hostess name but I do remember; her mentioning she has a granddog. It really refused with me because I thought that I was the only person to say I had a granddog. We had an awesome laugh about it. It was great. Go get you some I hope. The food was delicious and cooked just right.

Waffles terribly undercooked and should not have been served. The server said “sorry, the cook tried twice but they just wouldn’t come out right. ” My pancakes were the opposite of light and fluffy… they sort of delaminated and were a mushy mess. And, it took 15 minutes to get the poor food to the table when the restaurant was about 1/3 full. What happened to Ihop? We would not return.

I wanted to provide feedback on our recent dining experience. I smiled and said Hi to Dawn our previous server she didn’t even acknowledge I existed. Our waitress, Joyce, provided exceptional service. She ensured our coffee cups were always full, presented us with a review card that was not offered previously, by Dawn. and showed genuine attentiveness throughout our meal.
