We came in on National Pancake Day and had such a great experience! Carol was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She made sure everything was perfect and we felt well taken care of the entire time.
Joy was also fantastic and added to the great atmosphere with her positive energy and kindness. Huge shoutout to Robert in the kitchen as well — the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. You can tell there’s great teamwork behind the scenes.
It’s rare to get service that stands out like that. They truly made our night better. If you come to this IHOP, definitely ask for Carol — she’s the best!

Had a great experience at this IHOP! The food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, but the real highlight was our server, Allie. She was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. She checked in at just the right moments and had such a positive attitude. Service like that really makes a difference. We’ll definitely be back!

if i could rate 0 i would. the steak was disgusting. we asked for them to cook it longer and it came back out the same. the server was rude and said nothing was wrong with it, had a nasty attitude when we brought it up to her. aswell asked for another drink and never received it.

I came in on a Thursday around 8:30 AM to an empty restaurant except for Cameron my server and the cook. Although I was pleased with the service, the food was average. I was pleased that I could order both a short stack of chocolate chocolate chip pancakes (2) and the buttermilk (3). The buttermilk pancakes were a little flat both in flavor and thickness. I think the batter had been sitting too long in the empty restaurant. The chocolate chip pancakes had good flavor, and I like that he put the toppings on the side. I did use them on one pancake, but I always bring my own peanut butter sauce and yogurt toppings for the others. The only issue with the chocolate chip ones was they were a little dry. I did not care for the syrups they had. They were thin and lacked that full flavor. I just tasted them but did not use them. The old fashion was the worst and the strawberry the best of them. The prices were reasonable and less than their app stated. If I go back, I would get the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes again or another specialty. When I left there were more people.
After I posted my review. I did make contact with corporate IHOP who did contact me back and the local general manager called. Their commitment makes me feel more confident in enjoying another visit in the future.
