What’s better than a hot well seasoned Colorado Omelette, three moist and delicious pancakes, and a fresh hot cup of coffee? That’s what my wife and I had at the IHOP in Valdosta, Georgia. The server was very cordial and you would have thought that Flash Gordon was on the grill, because the food came out with lightening speed. Rating food will always be a little subjective, but overall I give them a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Everything else was 5 stars.

My waitress was Amy. She was very attentive and diligent, and communicated with me often. Also, I don’t recall ever having my food come out so fast! Food looks amazing, I’m really happy with this experience!

Everything was cold when I ordered. I understand that there is going to be a wait time. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was we had a waitress in training and no one was helping her. We did not see our original server at all and she was doing the best she could. There needs to be an improvement. I would rather go to the waffle house across the street. Wait time was 15 minutes. Not bad. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get our food and it was cold. Would not recommend.

Restaurant itself was fine. Food was ok. Service wasn’t fantastic. Things were forgotten and we weren’t asked for refills. Lots of seating and parking, easy access. Wish they would take more pride in serving their customers.

I’m happy to see they upgraded the floor. The only problem is the floor is still dirty. My family came when it wasn’t busy and the floors were full of food. And instead of cleaning it they just moved us to another table right beside it. The food was good and the serve was as well. We are simple people that make our order easy. So it’s not hard to mess that up. Overall I had to give them a three star due to cleanliness.

Food was fantastic. Server named Devin was terrible! She was playing on her phone the entire time. Face timing while we didn’t have any drinks. Another server got our drinks. Then when the server (devin) came over she said it took so long because they were all fighting over who was going to serve our table. She our orders and then forgot the last person at our table and tried to walk away without taking his order. She never got us refills or anything. She was too busy on her phone with who ever she was face timing When she finally came and checked on us when we were all done we asked for a refill for my kids drink and she gave a look rolled her eyes and was instantly irritated.

Traveling from out of state.. took a few minutes to be seated. Left after waiting 10 minutes with no drink orders, no “we’ll be right with you,” no nothing. Noticed we weren’t the only ones leaving. Best advice: skip here and go right next door to Waffle House. Seat yourself, instant service, good food, good price, and wonderful friendly staff! I told my waitress she needs to go next door and train them how to do the job haha!
