They do not follow the order which people come in because no one was at front desk and were skipped in line twice we were skipped when they also got our order wrong and under cooked my kids food which was very upsetting. I would definitely not recommend to anyone

To Start, the employees are very relaxed and not very professional at all, it took about 10 minutes for us to be seated. After being seated we looked over the menu. While looking over the menu a different lady than the one who seated us came up and said “what y’all want to drink?” No greeting nothing. After ordering our food. We sat there for an entire hour. Waiting for our food. We also had to wait 30 minutes to get straws for our drinks after getting our drinks. After an hour we got up to leave without getting our food. It took them a good 20 minutes to just charge us drinks at the front. Terrible experience honestly. I love ihop but not this one.

This location has got to get new management with the skills of having a crew with an actual work ethic. This location is terrible! To begin, the wait is always forever and there is almost never anyone up front to assist. The employees are not good of keeping track of those who are next in line for a table. There’s tons of employees sitting around or standing up front, yet not helping the crew. It took exactly 40 minutes this morning to get someone, who wasn’t even a waitress, to take our drink order. During this process, we watched so many people be seated, wait 20 minutes, and then leave. It wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse to be waiting on someone to at least start the initial order. I would not recommend this location.

We decided to go to brunch after church. There was a wait time to be seated, but it was not ridiculous. We were seated, and our server took our order. It took 90 mins for the food to get to us. Our order was “deleted” from the system and had to be redone. The wait was absurd!

Me and my fiancé came in tonight and all I have to say is our dinner was 10000% worth every penny. We received the kindest service from beginning to end by our server james. He went above and beyond. Also my fiancé is very picky about how is eggs are cooked and the kitchen pulled through perfectly. Everything was so good 10/10, we will be repeated customers!

Ive been to a lot of IHops and have ordered food to go, as we all know it can be a struggle to find well traveling breakfast. I ordered from the gluten-free menu and it went well. I didn’t have any issues with my stomach, they didn’t mix anything up, which is common. Food tasted fresh, and was pretty good. Only negative was the front desk service. The woman seemed unconcerned and unfriendly towards guests. We waited for 45 mins even after ordering online and driving to pick it up and the woman at the front desk was not even checking that things were ready or greeting anyone. Glad the food was still okay though.

We had plans for a nice Sunday breakfast at ihop. Could not get a table after waiting in lobby 20 minutes. There were plenty open – more people were waiting in the lobby than eating breakfast. The staff was more interested in cleaning tables, reviewing receipts, serving door dash orders, organizing menus and generally just ignoring customers trying to just get a table and have breakfast. Two staff members told me they’d be right with us, never came back. I observed so much lost business this morning – at least 20 customers cycled in and out – a simple acknowledgment of the wait time or really any customer service minded action could have gone a long way. We love ihop but will never return to this one. This did not seem to be a matter of short staffing either. Unfortunate and avoidable situation.
