I ordered a veggie omelet with a ham add-on — a very simple request — but what I received was just a plain omelet with ham pieces thrown on top, and it cost $16. My friend’s order was also incorrect. While the server was friendly, they didn’t seem properly trained and didn’t take our orders accurately.
Considering that multiple customers have had similar issues, it’s clear this location needs better staff training and more consistency in the kitchen. I don’t plan to dine in again — maybe takeout at best.

We went around 2:00 PM because we were craving something sweet. We ordered crepes and pancakes, and they were good and tasty. The service was nice overall, but the one thing I didn’t like was that the utensils were dirty. Aside from that issue, everything else was fine.
management needs to step it up. Communication between employees are poor, service is poor…. (picture is the milkshake they didnt have the milk an hour ago)
Don’t come here because they messed my boyfriends order up. They neglected to tell us they didnt have oreo to make his pancakes an hour ago… and they gave him sausage instead of smoked.
Update his hashbrowns were burnt all across the bottom.
Not sure who the blonde lady was but she made sure all of our order got fixed and ensured we were taken care of. Only real positive I can mention during this dine in. Thank you ma’am
Despite ordering simple staples like an omelet and coffee, we experienced significant delays in basic requests. I had to flag down a busser just to get creamer after my server didn’t follow through. There was a noticeable lack of table maintenance and check-ins, and we eventually had to ask for the check just to move things along. I’ve enjoyed IHOP locations across the country, but the service at this specific branch needs better coordination to match the quality of the food.
We saw people get there after us and get their requests fast, While I was getting my coffee cold waiting for creamer and sugar. I felt the bias, some get better service than others. She walked by the table 25 times after we got the food and never asked do you need anything else, for example desserts.
If you work in hospitality you must treat everyone the same.
We should have taken the hint when we walked in and found multiple dirty tables sitting unattended in an otherwise empty dining room. That was the first red flag — unfortunately, it wasn’t the last.
Service was painfully slow, but to be fair, our waitress did try. The real issue appeared to be severe understaffing and a kitchen that simply could not keep up. Unfortunately, that didn’t change the outcome. When the food finally arrived, we immediately asked for to-go boxes — and we shouldn’t have bothered.
The hash browns were burned beyond salvage. The breakfast burrito had all the eggs dumped on one side like an afterthought. The omelet was a greasy, shapeless mess that looked and tasted nothing like food should.
We didn’t eat any of it — not because we’re picky, but because it was genuinely inedible. We left feeling completely ripped off and frustrated that we had wasted both our time and our money here.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place entirely. There are far better options nearby.
