I came to this IHOP after already noticing other customers mentioning long wait times and incorrect orders. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t any better.

I ordered a veggie omelet with a ham add-on — a very simple request — but what I received was just a plain omelet with ham pieces thrown on top, and it cost $16. My friend’s order was also incorrect. While the server was friendly, they didn’t seem properly trained and didn’t take our orders accurately.

Considering that multiple customers have had similar issues, it’s clear this location needs better staff training and more consistency in the kitchen. I don’t plan to dine in again — maybe takeout at best.

We went around 2:00 PM because we were craving something sweet. We ordered crepes and pancakes, and they were good and tasty. The service was nice overall, but the one thing I didn’t like was that the utensils were dirty. Aside from that issue, everything else was fine.

Service was straight crap. Was given two servers and waited 20 minutes before our order was officially put in while we’ve been here nearly an hour (50 minutes). They’re out of milk… which is slightly crazy considering that milk is a main ingredient in pancakes. Im currently aggravated since its been taking so long. Poor poor poor customer service. Party of 7 walked out because they waited 30 minutes and mentioned how we have been here longer and still haven’t gotten our food…… they lied about not having milkshakes as well since i JUST got one (where i originally was told they had no milk)…. did you not want to make it and lied about not having milk or are you guys substituting the milk for an ingredient you didnt tell me?
management needs to step it up. Communication between employees are poor, service is poor…. (picture is the milkshake they didnt have the milk an hour ago)
Don’t come here because they messed my boyfriends order up. They neglected to tell us they didnt have oreo to make his pancakes an hour ago… and they gave him sausage instead of smoked.

Update his hashbrowns were burnt all across the bottom.

Not sure who the blonde lady was but she made sure all of our order got fixed and ensured we were taken care of. Only real positive I can mention during this dine in. Thank you ma’am

Came in for a holiday breakfast on Christmas Day. The kitchen was clearly on point—the food was fresh, hot, and well-executed, which isn’t easy during a holiday rush. However, the front-of-house service was a different story.
Despite ordering simple staples like an omelet and coffee, we experienced significant delays in basic requests. I had to flag down a busser just to get creamer after my server didn’t follow through. There was a noticeable lack of table maintenance and check-ins, and we eventually had to ask for the check just to move things along. I’ve enjoyed IHOP locations across the country, but the service at this specific branch needs better coordination to match the quality of the food.

We saw people get there after us and get their requests fast, While I was getting my coffee cold waiting for creamer and sugar. I felt the bias, some get better service than others. She walked by the table 25 times after we got the food and never asked do you need anything else, for example desserts.

If you work in hospitality you must treat everyone the same.

Leia and Sean were super helpful and quick with our order on National Pancake Day! Our pancakes were on our table within 5 minutes!

Possibly the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had.
We should have taken the hint when we walked in and found multiple dirty tables sitting unattended in an otherwise empty dining room. That was the first red flag — unfortunately, it wasn’t the last.

Service was painfully slow, but to be fair, our waitress did try. The real issue appeared to be severe understaffing and a kitchen that simply could not keep up. Unfortunately, that didn’t change the outcome. When the food finally arrived, we immediately asked for to-go boxes — and we shouldn’t have bothered.

The hash browns were burned beyond salvage. The breakfast burrito had all the eggs dumped on one side like an afterthought. The omelet was a greasy, shapeless mess that looked and tasted nothing like food should.

We didn’t eat any of it — not because we’re picky, but because it was genuinely inedible. We left feeling completely ripped off and frustrated that we had wasted both our time and our money here.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place entirely. There are far better options nearby.

I visited this location with my kids recently. Knowing the restaurant, I was prepared for the wait time. Which was super long considering it was just us there. But I know they have one waitress and one cook, always, if that. My waitress was actually pretty good this time. But what I was not prepared for was the cost. It is advertised that Kids Eat Free, but apparently not at this location. We had already sat down and the kids were hungry so I decided to just stay. In my mind im thinking the kids meal is about $5-7 worst case scenario. When I got the bill, I found out that drinks for kids aren’t included bringing a kids meal to about $10. They were going to add on a extra $2 for a applesauce cup. And the cups were the smallest cups ever and non refillable. For $10 I could of got more than half a waffle, 5 fries and a splash of juice. It was definitely a waste of money that unfortunately reduced the amount of tip I could leave because I had a set amount to send. And $80 for breakfast food for 1 adult and 4 kids is waaaaaaay too much. Im not sure how this location even stays open.

I rated this place based on other IHOP restaurants. I love that they are open 24/7 again. Waffle house look out. I had crepes. Loved them. Coffee was good. I love not having to wait for a refill since they put that little carafe on the table for each person. Apparently the waiter that did overnight at this location slept at lot because he left with a blanket. .

don’t come here if you want good food. The food was like it was reheated, the food was cold and it took them over an hour to give us all our food. People who walked in at the same time as us got their food before us, and our waitress completely forgot about us and another one had to take our table. They just seem like they’re all over the place and don’t really know what they’re doing.

This has to be the worst location I have ever been to. Waited up front for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. When we were finally seated, we were sat right by the kitchen and a dirty table. Our waitress finally comes to ask what we would like to drink. We havent received menus or anything at this point. When our food came everything tasted good but the silverware was dirty. The only saving grace this location has older man that seemed to be a manager. Maybe if our waitress hadn’t been so concerned with carrying on a conversation in the back we would have had better service.
