Uncomfortable dining experience from start to finish. We were placed at a dirty table. The floor was dirty all around us, as if no one’s sweeping in between guests. Everything in the condiment caddy was sticky. The food looked and tasted TERRIBLE upon arrival, eggs and hash-browns were cold. My husband’s order came 5 minutes after the rest of our food. Definitely won’t be back!

Won’t order here again unless it’s in person. We ordered delivery for two eggs Benedict with avocado, one was to have the Hollandaise on the side because my husband doesn’t like it. This looks like it was just thrown in the box for one, for two NO AVOCADO….and 3, my husband’s food has Hollandaise sauce on it. Worth $40???!!! Absolutely NOT. Pitiful. THEN, I called to speak to a manager….I called 8 times before someone answered and said there’s no manager, then put me on hold for 10 minutes….I hung up and tried to call back but no answer. I called this place about 16 times and someone only answered ONCE.

This is the plate I was given. Would you eat that? My server was very rude. I usually don’t have a problem when I come here. The young servers and like 3 of the older ones are sweet but this lady was awful. She handed me that plate like nothing and asked if she can get me anything else. I looked at her and the plate trying to indicate something. She just looked at me like I was waistline her time. As a server myself I don’t deny tips to horrible servers only because you don’t deserve to starve just because your bad at your job. I hope she enjoyed the tip and about her life but if she try’s to serve me again I’m asking for another server.

was very busy but that is no excuse for the service we received. we got seated and didn’t see our waitress for 15 mins. i had to ask another waitress for ours. then after we ordered it took 50 mins for our food. during this time not a single person checked on us. we were about to walk out. waiting 50 mins for subpar food is very disappointing. it’s insane to me that during that 50 mins we only saw our waitress twice. won’t be returning.

I’ve gotten burnt pancakes that are somehow raw, and the atmosphere of that place is horrendous. There has been leftover food that’s been sitting on the floor for the past 45 minutes when I was there, and nobody has come and cleaned it up.

I had the sampler plate which came with sausage, bacon, ham, eggs, hashbrowns and a pancake. I loved the variety so it was fun to bop from one taste to another. It was just ok. What I discovered is that I liked some things more than others and would rather have a larger portion of the things I really liked and none of the other stuff. Overall though great friendly service in a clean comfortable environment.

I went to IHOP on Saturday 7/27/2024. I ask for chicken and waffle with hash brown with sauté peppers, onion and ham with cheese. The chicken was burnt and the onions and peppers wasn’t sautéed at all. This company needs to learn their cooks as cooking lessons . I don’t go there much but the food is never right always have to send something back and it doesn’t have a lots of people there. I not plan on going there again.

The food has no taste..it lacks seasoning I’ve been several times hoping each time that’ll be different..scrambled eggs with cheese usually cooked fried with cheddar cheese again no seasoning..steak medium well usually comes stiff as a card board again no seasoning $$ doesn’t fit food quality
