They have a new menu and it is much more enjoyable to myself. I had the breakfast burrito which was good and is served all day as one of many items new to us since we haven’t been for a minute.
Our waitress, Erica (as shown in the picture I will attach, gave us the best service ever!!!
We actually look for her because we know we will be treated as if we are her guests at her home. She is so amazing that I never have issues with not having a beverage and that is one of my pet peeves that many waiting staff fails to do.
Lastly, we would eat at IHOP more frequent if the corporation fixed their app so that you can spend your earned points as you like and on what you like without having to be limited.
But hey, if they are getting the business from others and don’t see it as a loss, we are good with rarely coming but we will always look for Erica!!!

The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The server, Ashley, was awesome. She was patient and very friendly even when we asked for several extras. They made sure our grandchild got just what she wanted. It was a pleasant evening with our family.

This is our pancake place on Battlefield Pkway. We enjoy the food and service is usually good. We particularly appreciate whom we consider as their best waitress, Erica. She is always upbeat and works hard to get your order, get your food out quickly and watches your drink level for refills. She is always in an encouraging mood and makes you feel welcome.

We decided to go here for breakfast this morning and it did not disappoint. Suzie was our server and she was phenomenal. She took such good care of us and was very attentive. If you go to this location, definitely ask for her section. The chocolate chip pancakes were absolutely delicious

They were very short staffed when we arrived. We waiting about 15 for a table. Our hostess was very nice and friendly. The food took a bit to come almost 25 minutes. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly though. The atmosphere seemed stressed with a lot of people waiting on food or just to sit down at a table. The hostess did apologize for the wait and explained they were short handed.

Me and my wife and my daughter went around 5 o’clock and got greeted by a young lady named Ashley. She got our drink order, then proceeded to set another table and get their drink order as well. Then she came back for our order and walked to the table right after and got their order.We then seen her go out our orders in an then walk to the back of the kitchen she then walks out goes and gets our food and brings it out to us I waited till she came back to give us refills to ask if she was the only one working she she then says that she has someone helping her with dishes and prep, but she is the server, the shift manager and the cook and jokingly says But if the food isn’t good, I didn’t cook it Which made us all laugh She was amazing and we will definitely be back. She was basically running the store by herself and was doing an amazing job. She definitely needs some recognition and a raise She’s got a great sense of humor and is very sweet. Thank you so much Ashley for making our visit enjoyable

Guess I’m just used to waffle house because this place DID NOT taste right . Everything just tasted weird and I didn’t like it at all. It has changed so much in the 5 years I haven’t been here . Server was great and very sweet. Lemonade said it was free refills but only for the plain one. Not the flavored ? But the flavored said free. Spent $59 on 2 breakfast combos , a short stack and a kids meal plus 4 drinks . Way too expensive for IHOP .

I ordered pumpkin pancakes at 947 for curbside. Time quotes was 10:03. (I ordered online, so it would be ready for pick up. Little bit of a time management thing this am).
When I got here I called to let them know I was here the lady said “you’ll have to come in were busy”.
The restaurant is not crowded 2 waitresses from what I could tell.
Its now 10:17. I get my order.
I asked if they remembered the syrup. The lady said without even looking yes as she walked away. There’s 2 little syrups for 2 different orders of pancakes.
This is just 1 of the many reasons I dont like the ihop in ft oglethorpe.

So after a 14 hour shift saving lives and my husband working 10 hours in steel mine, we chose this store to go and have a meal after being very hungry and tired. Let me start off by saying my waitress was not really the problem here it was in fact the cook who some how managed to cook a medium rare steak, well done in the middle and rare around the outs of the rim. The steak felt and looked microwaved. There is absolutely no sear on the steak. Let’s add how the steak is served with liquid egg and not shell eggs. That’s very disappointing. I asked the waitress could my husband get the country friend steak since the steak was so poorly cooked. She did and as she was, you could hear the cook swearing and talking about my husband and saying WHOOPTY DOO and she continues to go on how she is serve safe certified- being serve safe does not teach one too cook- I was a cook for 13 years. So, the waitress brings the plate back, the shell eggs now have shredded cheese and not the American cheese we ordered. I ordered the cheese cake pancakes with my meal and the only thing it had was strawberries on top. I literally searched for the cheese cake pieces and the waitress tells me it’s just a whipped cream flavored cheese cake which would have been ok but I didn’t even get that. I simply asked to just have it switched to plain pancakes and the same cook goes to swearing again and talking as if she wanted to fight. At this point I’m reminded on why I went back to school and earned licensure’s and left the food industry. This was the most disrespectful visit I’ve had in about a decade. To be talked to as if i was the reason she didn’t know what she was doing is mind boggling. These types of work environments don’t care about these types of complaints because it’s hard getting people to work as it is. I will never in my life visit another IHOP. In 5 different states, they have all been the same horrible service and the retired Waffle House managers don’t even care as long as the shift is covered. I really hope something is done about this …. I’ve already emailed corporate
