Despite the wild weather on a hectic Saturday, I stopped at our local IHOP in Calhoun, Georgia, for a solid meal. The food hit the spot—pure perfection. Service rocked, and management (Rosie) shone bright. She kept checking our table. The server stayed sharp, handling every table with care. Swing by next time and ask for Fleur at IHOP. She nails your order and watches every detail.

Music is turned up entirely too loud and makes it so you cannot chat with your family in peace.
They allowed the person at the table next to us to sit watching videos on their phone as loudly as possible. When I mentioned something the waitress just walked away vs addressing the situation.
It’s nearly $11 for a kids meal + drink here. Entirely overpriced for what you get.
The coffee decanter is also NASTY.

Every time me and my husband comes we sit in fleur section she always has the positive attitude and if you ever need a moment of a spiritual conversation she will provide it she does more than serve you she will also help guide you ! So if you’re ever feeling alone please go see Fleur you will not regret it ! Try the coffee ( they have French vanilla creamer) and tres leches pancakes !!! They are a much try !!!

I ordered the bacon lettuce, tomato sandwich.. There was no bacon, but one piece on the sandwich. My grandson ordered French toast, it was so thick and tough. It’s hard to believe that French toast would be tough, but it was. Complained to the waitress, but did no good. She just laughed! No more IHOP in Calhoun for us.

The food here is awesome. It’s usually very consistent too. But the service is God awful. The point of placing orders ahead of time is so you don’t have to sit and wait inside. I came in 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, there are servers sitting at booths talking and workers in the kitchen standing around eating and drinking. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be ready. The restaurant had maybe two tables of guests. I don’t understand why no one here has any sense of urgency whatsoever. This happens like 90% of the time I order here. Please get your stuff together.

10/17/25 around 6pm: We had an awful experience with the waitress Jayline, she was NOT KIND AT ALL. She never came to check on our table but sat down while we died of thirst. Another kind waitress was there and she was very nice and helped us but Jayline was TERRIBLE, lacks communication skills and sympathy.
