We came for the free pancakes but left with not only a satisfied belly but with one of the best experiences we have had at IHop! We had the pleasure of sitting in Alexis section and she was on top of things from start to finish. She greeted us immediately took our order and made sure the dining experience was pleasant. She is very meticulous and checked on us regularly. Thanks Alexis for making our day!

IHOP has always been one of my favorite places and this one did not let me down.
Everything was spotless and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door.
Our party was quickly seated and quickly served. Food was excellent, server was on the spot anytime we needed something.
Definitely recommend this location, 2 up!!

I have always to eat in this place but the angelica waitress touched me for the first time and does not have the attitude to be a very arrogant waitress, that is the only thing that bothers me I think I should give a course on how to treat the client like this I work to attend clients and I never behave so badly with clients. That’s why I gave that rating. I hope to be able to eat there someday and that she will have a better attitude towards customers.

I would have given this restaurant a 5star but my nephews cup of chocolate milk had some kind of pink stuff in it so we had to return it. The waitress addressed the issue real fast. Other than that. Great service, great music, and a calm atmosphere.

Yolanda, the waitress, was outstanding. Despite being on her own, she handled all my requests with ease. Her great attitude and personality made my experience even better. I will definitely return because of her exceptional service.
The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I ordered a grit bowl topped with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, four smoked sausage links, and four slices of bacon, and it was fantastic. Overall, my experience was wonderful, thanks in large part to Yolanda.

For being the international house of pancakes they have failed. Pankcake has flaps. Basically could peal the top layer of the pancake right off. Server was great which warranted the stars. Sad will not return.

Plenty of parking by the restaurant. The restaurant had a decent crowd and only one waitress…she did an amazing job despite being the only one taking care of so many tables.
I will say the inside is a bit worn down but the service was good and food actually tasted good too.
Mozzarella sticks: came out first and it was hot! Nice and fresh. When you eat it, the cheese pulls out nicely – my kid who doesn’t usually even eat cheese was intrigued to try!
Steak burger: nice and juicy. It actually stood tall like the picture! Would have been even better if it had a bit of a kick to it. The onion rings were nice and crispy.
Breakfast sampler: your typical breakfast items. Pancakes were fluffy.
Kids meal: the tenders were a bit dry but the waffles were good!
Overall we had a pleasant meal. Can’t complain about the cost either. Just wish it was a little more updated on the inside without the old building smell.

Always the right spot when you don’t have time for any guesswork. You basically already know what’s on the menu and you probably already know what you wanna order even before you sit down.
