We weee greated with a big smile by Monica our amazing server she was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the menu! We had a delicious hot meal and Monica checked on us even though it it’s “National Pancake Day” and they were very she checked on us and I’d like to ask IHOP to give her a raise and she is an exemplary example of how an excellent employee should be!!! Our waiters Leo and Bella were absolutely amazing! They always checked up on us and made sure we were good with our food and drinks! My sister and I went there to go celebrate our birthdays and they even sang happy birthday to us! Definitely worth the try! But fair warning, it is super busy and it does take a few minutes to get a table.

I wish they had a sign when you walk in that says if you can seat yourself or to wait to be seated because we were confused. When we got to our table our waitress was very helpful and friendly. The food arrived in a timely manner and was good. The tables and things though seemed sticky and dirty.

Just got IHOP to-go. I ordered online and picked up my food about 20 minutes later. The online ordering system was bright and fast and simple to navigate. Have they always done such a great job with takeout or have they just risen to the occasion with COVID? They were awesome!
They have some really cool packaging to keep your items hot and fresh and so that the textures don’t get messed up by all the food being squished together like it is a traditional to-go box.
My “Split Decision” breakfast was in a sturdy, two-tiered container. The turkey sausage and eggs over easy were in the bottom of the bowl and then there was a second level on top that held my pancakes and french toast! Brilliant! They also put two packages of butter right on top of the hot pancakes so when I open them, the butter was all melty and delicious!
They were not stingy with extra butter and syrup, which is wonderful because everybody knows that’s the best part. Food was warm and delicious! Nothing like an IHOP pancake.
Way to go IHOP for rocking the take out experience!

We got the free short stacks of pancakes but also a delicious Colorado omelette full of meats and cheeses and some thick french toast. All was delicious, filling, fabulous! Why don’t I come to IHOP more often?!

My family and I visited the IHOP in Gainesville, Georgia, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Two people in our party found hair in their food. Our server, Lailani, did bring the issue to the manager on duty, Jose Alvarez, but returned and informed us that she had told him and that he “wasn’t going to do anything.”
We spent $70 on meals that were left half-eaten due to the situation, and we did not receive an apology, a resolution, or any acknowledgment from management—only the message relayed by our server.
Instead, Jose appeared more focused on picking up the paid receipt that included the tip than addressing the food quality and customer service issue brought to his attention.
Cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations, and neither was met during this visit. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed our perception of this location.
