I wish they had a sign when you walk in that says if you can seat yourself or to wait to be seated because we were confused. When we got to our table our waitress was very helpful and friendly. The food arrived in a timely manner and was good. The tables and things though seemed sticky and dirty.

This was my $9 BLT 2 1/2 pieces of bacon, one sorry piece of lettuce including the white hard part of the core and 3 slices of tomato. I can’t believe I was expected to eat that, let alone to pay good money for it ! Ridiculous! My family and I decided to grab some breakfast there this past Sunday and unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this location. I hate to say that the food was mediocre, They brought us out food except for my husbands plate when they finally brought it out the steak was chewy and overcooked, he wasn’t gonna say anything but since is almost a 20 dollar plate I mentioned to the server, she apologized and said they were gonna cook him another one. 15 minutes later when we all were done eating they brought us back a steak that looked like it was microwaved, super bloody, the exterior was gray it looked like that steak never touched the grill. Again he wasn’t gonna say anything but I pointed it out to our server and she said she was gonna talk to a manager. The manager never came out but the server said they were gonna take 7 dollars off our bill because of it (out of a $110.00 dollar bill) , which honestly at this point we were there waiting for too long that we just wanted to leave. The only good thing we had were the pancakes the rest of the food was mediocre. We will not be going back there.

I just stood in ” line” for 20 minutes to order to go. The young guy took a young girls order for her (of course). He left and sent a girl back to tell the rest of us that it was too busy to do ours. There is no other orders on the line. waiting to be served. Rotten service. Didn’t even try. Couldn’t wait to lock the door. What happened to old fashion values? Of keeping customer happy? Won’t be going back but I’m only 1 order…so what?? Kids that young don’t understand that if you keep doing what he did. 1 plus 1 plus 1 plus 1 plus 1 customers do eventually add up!!!!! IHOP don’t want my $$$$..I gladly gave it to someone else!!!

Ate here last Saturday and at first I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much. They hostess wasn’t very communicative and didn’t see to have a clue what was going on. The floors were pretty dirty as well so my first appearances I wasn’t certain about how our experience was going to go. However I was pleasantly surprised with our overall service from our waitress and good everything came out. The waitress was very kind and accommodating and the food came out in a timely manner and was much better than I was anticipating from IHOP since I haven’t been to one in a few years. Overall good experience.

My family and I came to ihop on a Sunday morning, we were a party of 20. They were able to accommodate us in the back corner of the diner by the kitchen. It was a bit loud but they made it work out for us with such short notice. The server was friendly, the food was okay. I did have a hair in my food but with no issues at all our server replaced it with a new plate of food. He did get a couple of things wrong with our order but that was corrected. In all it was a decent experience.

My coworker and I came to eat breakfast here after work. I live in Columbus Ga but work here in Gainesville Ga. This was my first time in this restaurant and truly enjoyed the food as well as my coworker. The waitress was very nice and gave us good service. I will definitely be going back. The atmosphere was great.

Quick sit and eat, our waitress was Jessica, she is stellar. Super attentive and friendly, checking in on us. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and not too loud either. Reliable go to for food before some nearby shopping

We waiting 20-30 mins to be seated around 10:45 on a weekday, once we were seated we waited almost 1.5 hours to get our food. They definitely need a more efficient approach to serving the crowd they attract. I never want to dine in again. That is just unreal.

Details. Well.. my dinner of an omelet with extras was good. My wife’s BLT wasn’t so. There was 2 pieces of the white part of the lettuce. 3 very thinly sliced tomatoes. 3 half portions of bacon. For 9.00dollars. They have no lemon for the water. She was not pleased. Returned it and did not get charged. Food was very slow out of the kitchen. Half of the restaurant was closed. There was about 5 tables occupied plus ours.
