We had such a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service truly made our morning. Our waitress, Laryah, was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. She made us feel comfortable, checked in at just the right times, and had such a positive, genuine energy that really stood out. Our server was amazing! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The service was quick, our drinks stayed full, and they had such a positive attitude the entire time. They really helped make our experience enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back because of them!

First I want to say this is my second time coming here! It’s always quiet and quiet but I need that when toh the world outside is constantly moving 100mph. It’s always very clean and the service is amazing! my service and server was amazing! Great personality, on time with drinks and nice inviting personality! Antanette was a sweetheart! 2026 started kinda difficult as I have been a caregiver. After a hospital visit, I took my loved one and I to this IHOP and wow, we were BLOWN away. Our server, LaRyah, was so kind, attentive and conversational. I wasn’t in the mood to talk but her smile and laugh made our day a little better with a big smile and full belly. I know South Fulton have opposing narratives around services but IHOP off of Old Nat and more specifically LaRyah has dispel that myth. We will back again and again. Much love ❤️

Amazing costumer service!! Ms.tania was my server and boy is she good. She was super kind and helpful. she even recommended me a couple things on the menu and I was able to enjoy them with my noisy kids. I would recommend Ms.tania as your server !!!

If you want to be ignored this is the place for you. Took awhile to be seated then once sat tables who were seated around us but came in later were spoken to and served before my family. One server with burgundy hair walked past us multiple times and as she was approaching us she looked me square in the face and greeted the table right behind me that came in way after we were sat. Immediately I told my family get up lets go bc it’s one thing to be busy but you can still be courteous. I’ll take my kids and my money elsewhere.

Amazing service from Zoey W, who had the most beautiful personality. There was a small misunderstanding with my food, but the Mgr. Dale handled it very quickly and professionally. This place is a must come back. Laid back good tunes playing the food was banging!!!
