Went in on a Friday around 6-6:30 and it wasn’t busy at all. The food was great and our entire order was perfect. The waitress was super nice and attentive, passed by a few times to check on us. No complaints at all, definitely recommend.

To be honest, the atmosphere was great!!! The restaurant wasn’t so crowded and I loved that. It could have been a little more cleaner to say. The service was not good at all. I don’t know what was difficult about 6 people with my party and 3 of them are kids. I didn’t understand that…we sat for the longest before someone came and greeted us. To add, I had to go ask if there was someone working in my area. My family and I will not return, it’s the bad service for me.

Ordered a steak only to be told the customer before me ordered the last one. Changed order to the split decision from the menu choices. Pancakes were dry, French toast(where is the cinnamon, that went into the trash), bacon and sausage clearly comes precooked and is held in a warmer both very chewy. I asked for cheese on my eggs, it was left off. Hashbrowns were overcooked. Portions were very small for both. Since we couldn’t get what we ordered we decided to take it to go. She still charged us for our drinks and no compensation for the inconvenience on my bill. Then waited as though i was gonna to her. I hope she still waiting, service was sub par to say the least. Guess I should have waited in line at Wa**le House.

The food was average, and the service was okay, but according to the waitstaff they are not allowed to take cash tips. I’m almost positive that this is illegal (flsa violation?), if this is indeed the case, the staff should report them to the Dept. of Labor.

I ordered food to go; the cashier was polite and well manner! It took less than 20 minutes to get my food, and by the time I got home, the food was still hot and delicious.

Visiting from out of town. We waited 15 minutes before a waitress came to assist us even though they were not busy. The food was OK and the atmosphere was nice. Friendly waitress.

The only good thing about this restaurant was the food… But it’s really hard to mess up Breakfast… So, the restaurant was well-kept and had a nice feel. The service was mediocre at best. I can’t stand when my server isn’t attentive enough to refill my drink… Our’s was that. It took way too long to receive our meal and my pancakes came out as silver dollars… I can’t understood what the problem was since we were my servers only patrons was my table, but she just seemed too busy for her one table. The only redeemable quality she had was her attitude, she was bubbly and graceful and generally excited about life. If you can skip it, do… if it’s your only IHOP, hopefully it doesn’t take an hour and a half to get food.
