I recently ordered a burger at IHOP and was pleasantly surprised! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The toppings were fresh, and the fries on the side were crispy and well-seasoned. The service was friendly and my food came out quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely order the burger again!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing meal. As shown in the photos, the entire plate arrived cold. The hash browns were cold, the bacon was greasy and tasted like it had been sitting for some time, and the ham was cold and dry. Even the sausage and eggs were no longer warm. Overall, the food felt old rather than freshly prepared.
The coffee was also a letdown — it tasted watered down and lacked the boldness you expect from a fresh cup.
Breakfast should be hot, fresh, and comforting. This experience was none of those things. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the quality and temperature of this meal were unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves consistency and food freshness.

Waitress is very nice. Food was not great. No flavor to anything. and we waited 45 minutes for it, just for it so suck. also, we are basically the only people here lol. don’t know why it took so long?? my avocados looked suspicious. idk. they scared me. i didn’t eat them.

Brianna was incredibly attentive and patient. She noticed my son’s persistent request to avoid the kids’ menu and took the extra step to ensure he didn’t receive a kids’ cup. We have visited this IHOP on many occasions and today was by far the best experience. We were quickly sat and assigned Destinee for our waitress. She was quick to get drinks and take our order. The kitchen was quick to get our food out and the atmosphere was very relaxing today. We are excited to visit again.
