I had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress, Sam. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She checked on us regularly, had great recommendations, and always had a warm smile. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made our meal more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about their customers, and she definitely went above and beyond. I will absolutely be coming back and hope to be served by her again. Highly recommend!

I over heard the waitress conversation with another staff that some one had tip her a small amount she sounded appreciative and she used that tip to donate it to a transit that’s could not pay for his meal.

I eat at lots of Ihops and this has by far been the best experience in a long time if not ever! Our waitress, Heidi, was very pleasant and welcoming. The presentation of the food was top tier and I had very low expectations being that it’s connected to a truck stop. I would take pictures but we’ve devoured our food!

Food was amazing!!!! My server, Samantha 1000/10, LOVED HER. Sam was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made everything feel so easy and enjoyable. She truly made my IHOP experience so much better from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests, and it really shows. I’ll definitely be asking for her again next time I come. 🙂

I had an amazing experience at IHOP today! My server , Chave’ went above and beyond.. not only was she friendly, attentive, and professional, but she also cooked my chicken fajita omelette herself and it was absolutely perfect. The omelette was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can truly tell when someone takes pride in their work, and she definitely did. Excellent food and outstanding service from Chave’ ! UPDATE: the owner reached out and asked if we please come back so she could make it right! So today we did just that. The food was absolutely amazing this time. I hope it stays that way when she isn’t there. Wonderful job today loved it!
Oh no no no! Family and I came to this location tonight for New Year’s Eve meal and the most pitiful food was sat on our table. We told our server that the omelette was absolutely unacceptable, she agreed and took it back to the kitchen. About 5 mins later she walks back out to our table with the same omelette and says “ they said this is what it is supposed to look like” we said absolutely not but wasn’t going to argue. Told our server that my burrito didn’t have the sausage links either, she asked if I wanted her to take it to the back and get it fixed and I told her no just bring me some on the side, while she’s back there my husband cuts into this “omelette “ and there’s plastic in it!!!! No toppings what so ever on the cinna stack pancakes. By this time I’ve had enough and decided we were just going to go to Wendy’s. So upset we didn’t take pictures. Poor server was so nice and great too. Those cooks are awful!

It’s been a couple years since I’ve visited an IHOP for breakfast especially after a long road trip. Me and my family just happened to find a rest stop attached to an IHOP. Our waitress Samantha had made our experience wonderful. She was very polite and made sure to make us feel at home. She was very attentive when we needed something and made sure we were satisfied with our food and experience. Samantha has definitely made our families long road trip into an experience we will never forget.
