came in around 2 AM and had one of the worst IHOP experiences I’ve ever had. The host, Justin, didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. My server, Vicky (who I later found out is the manager), took my order without writing anything down and still got it wrong several times. She brought me the wrong drink, then brought me hot tea with ice on the side and no straw.
The food was even worse. I heard the microwave go off right before my plate came out. My over-medium eggs were rubbery and scorching hot, pancakes were cold, hash browns were cold, and toast didn’t come until much later. Replacement eggs were still wrong even after I had already finished eating.
When I brought up the issues, Vicky gave me only a 10% senior discount and rolled her eyes when I said that wasn’t enough. She then added another discount of only 28 cents. Completely unprofessional behavior from someone running the restaurant.
This location has serious issues with service, food quality, and management. It needs to be reviewed by IHOP corporate. I’ve been coming to IHOP since I was a kid and the decline here is unacceptable.

The manager Samantha needs to be given her own store! She makes sure everyone receives exceptional customer service. We had a large group with us and she was able to expedite our group to make sure we got in and out as fast as possible. We saw her go to the back to help cook our food, then came back out to help the servers get the food from the kitchen, and was also able to make sure all of the guests dining had everything they need. I wish more IHOP’s had managers like her!

Came in with a party of 6 on Christmas and was so impressed with DeAngelo L. and Tia R. Their service was so wonderful, despite them both being asked to work on a holiday. I’d probably would’ve been irritable having to come in on Christmas, but Tia out server was friendly and patient. DeAngelo worked hard to get a table cleared for us right away, and he made sure someone was available to assist out table . He also worked in the back to get dishes clean and assist the chef in preparing (all of which was delicious). I’m really appreciative of them for their service on a day that they probably should have been home with their families. Great job!
