Employees endangered me and my wife’s life and other customers during a police chase outside your restaurant, the individuals ran past the location to escape, every employee in the restaurant left to go watch the chase not locking down the store leaving customers exposed to danger. The individuals were caught right next door outside in the home Depot garden center and the staff remained outside I have yet to receive a call back about this incident as it has been reported this happened May 3, 2025
They left us out in the open they could have ran in the restaurant while all employees were outside and caused a hostage set-up , Since we have been constantly ignored this is the first start to rectify this incident.

We had a wonderful experience overall, thanks largely to our waitress, Kimberly P, who took exceptional care of us. She was attentive, kind, and professional from start to finish—even while having to navigate a very challenging situation with another guest.
Unfortunately, another customer brought a lot of negativity into the restaurant, and the only unpleasant part of our visit was overhearing that interaction. What truly stood out, though, was how gracefully Kimberly tried to assist and de-escalate the situation despite it clearly not being her fault. She handled it with patience and professionalism that deserves recognition.
The manager also checked in on us, which we really appreciated. Our coffee, veggie omelet, and hash browns were perfect—hot, fresh, and delicious.
I felt bad that the staff had to deal with such a difficult customer, but it says a lot about this restaurant that they handled everything so well. We will absolutely be back and hope Kimberly gets the praise she deserves!

The team here at ihop is amazinggg, they’re fast, they take amazing care of every customer who walks through the doors. They even go as far opening and holding the doors for their customers. If you’re looking to have a good laugh or even just have dinner with the family this is the place to go! Server Haley is soooooo great at her job she’s so warm and always smiling and does everything she can to make sure you’re comfortable!

Amazing service, Josh and Jodie did amazing, very kind and helpful. This was my first time at a IHop and I’ll definitely be coming back after, today! Also the steak tips and eggs was perfect. They were on point with the steak being medium rare. Props to the kitchen staff, as well!
