I understand mistakes can happen, but once they have my food to someone else and I had to wait another 10 minutes. The French toast was missing stuff. Love the flavor of the food 10/10 for the chefs, but upsetting service.

Kim was very rude on HER Birthday at that smh no refills until the food came 30 mins later , not once did she give an update . Her energy was weird like she didn’t like that we were there . I gave her my card she was gone for 10 mins until I decided to get up and see what was going on . She said they were having system issues but it’s working now, then slapped my card down instead of handing it to me. The whole time she made the experience uncomfortable. The food was good though the man in the kitchen did amazing , had she just Been nice she would have gotten a Bday tip . Dnt wrk on ur Bday Auntie

We needed somewhere to pass the time until white water opened and IHOP was the perfect spot. The kids were happy, we all enjoyed the food, the service was impeccable and our server was absolutely amazing! Wyanette was on top of everything! We’ll definitely be back!

I love my usual waitress Wyannette always greets me with a smile. I almost never have to tell her what I want as she definitely remembers it. The staff overall is friendly and great. It is a warm atmosphere and inviting. I definitely recommend going.

Kim Star and Destiny are the best. We got there at like 1 AM and Kim was still wonderful. She gave us all goofy nicknames and overall had the best energy. Destiny deserves credit too, because without cooks, there would be no restaurant. She also makes amazing food!

Our server, Khayla, was absolutely amazing! She was quick, attentive, and super kind. We’ve gone to IHOP a million times, but this experience really stood out because she was highly professional. She truly is living up to the experience everyone hopes for! The food was also delicious!
