Everything was great as soon as we walked in! We were greeted by the kindest lady and our server, Ali, was top notch! The food was delicious (tres leches pancakes were divine) and the overall atmosphere was amazing. We will definitely be back to this location!

Exceptional experience all the way around. Very rare to receive this level of service at a busy restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by smiling faces and they sat us right away. Our server immediately came over and introduced herself with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing and hardly any wait at all. I jokingly told the waitress that my daughter’s nickname is Grumps because she really aways very happy, to make her Happy Pancake meal grumpy. They delivered perfectly. 5 Star experience, my kudos to the team and management who clearly understands guest experience at the highest level.

As always, my daughter and I had a great experience at Ihop; it’s our go to on Sunday. The atmosphere and staff are always welcoming. Our server Dezon gave us star treatment. Great customer service, very attentive, and made sure we left with a smile on our face like the Ihop logo. Stop by when you want a great meal and relaxing experience.

I don’t know if I would put the food at 5 stars, but let me tell you why I did anyways. It was the service of all the staff and especially Nyallah (nya). She was amazing. Happy and made us feel special. We were 9 people and she was just amazing and smiling at all time. Also when we entered the way we were treated was so amazing. Now remember today is valentine’s day and they are busy. That just tells you what service you will get here – even at busy times – was wait a little higher that usual? Yes, but if treated with love and respect – it goes a very long way. Thank you nya. I typically only write reviews when something goes wrong. This is one of the few times where I am writing because of exceptional service on this special day.

I had a great experience today. Dezon was my server and he did a phenomenal job. Anything I needed was right there before I could even request it. If you’re looking for something other than the usual high priced Atlanta brunches, a breakfast at IHOP fits the bill. Literally!!!

I had the best experience today. I took my daughter to mid-day breakfast for her birthday. My waiter was Dezon. He was knowledgeable, he offered the specials, and he was very attentive. The food was great and hot. We did not wait long. The hostess was nice and friendly also. The restaurant was very clean too. We will be visiting Ihop again and again because of Dezon.

I just met 5 star service at IHOP in Suwanee, GA! Dezon greeted me when i walked in, sat me at my table and took care of me in all areas for breakfast. My coffee never got cold, my food came out within 5 minutes and he checked on me constantly. I watched him give 5-6 other tables the same service while also training new employees. I was impressed and it was super easy to bless him with 45% tip. Ask for Dezon when you come to IHOP

I always come to this IHOP because it’s close to my house. I have never taken the time to write a review or comment about their service. This IHOP location NEVER fails to impress me all the way around. Today for example, was not the exception, everyone was SO professional, caring, courteous and actually looked like they wanted to be there. My server, Dezon was a delight! This gentleman deserves a promotion. Very customer service-oriented, had attention to detail, courteous and with such a positive and lively attitude. It’s rare these days to encounter places like this where people are genuinely caring and love their jobs and perform such with dignity and poise. Thanks to everyone at the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location, to management and staff for making it such a pleasant experience to eat there❤️☕️☕️
