This location has very kind and genuine employees. The food is absolutely delicious. I am also so impressed and thankful for Ms. Nancy’s professionalism and compassion towards those who have cognitive impairments with memory loss. Ms. Nancy, an employee at this location, is a rare gem in the food service industry. She would be an excellent executive trainer or consultant to teach people in the area of customer service about how to communicate and interact with customers effectively.

It appeared as though they were short staffed. I went on a Thursday evening and it took some time for an employee to greet and sit us. The bathroom was messy and didn’t have paper towels but a roll of towel paper was on the counter to use to dry your hands. My waitress seemed like a new employee and my food was correct. The food was good and the employees were nice.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I placed an online pickup order on 10.23 & I was unable to pickup the order due to an emergency. I called the store to have the order cancelled and refunded. The manager TOLD ME the order would get refunded in a few days and it never got refunded. I’ve called guest relations, I’ve been to the store and had to wait for hours to even get a manager to be able to ATTEMPT to process the refund, I’ve tried to dispute it with my bank, NOTHING. The regional manager Regi said he would have tech support process the refund yet the refund has NEVER BEEN PROCESSED. They didn’t offer to give me a gift card or ANYTHING to makeup for the food order I never picked up. IHOP HAS NO PICKUP POLICY THAT SAYS YOU CANT CANCEL ONLINE ORDERS AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. They literally stole my money. No refund, no food replaced, no gift card, NOTHING. This place is garbage and the managers are garbage too. There is no reason a refund could not be processed, they simply did not want to as if the money comes out of their own pockets. I’ve been in Covington for 15 years and never experienced this before with ihop. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The closest thing to healthy home cooking…Pancakes more varieties sure to please everyone. This IHop breakfast restaurant is the place to go. My choice was buttermilk stack bland you say, no it was actually good. Four choices of warm syrup to try’ taste like the real maple syrup flavorful. My hash brown and turkey bacon was not greasy or salty and the eggs was well done. The OJ was fresh and did I mention the waiter was attentive and interactive with her customers in a professional manner.

The food quality was horrible . Hashbrowns tasted old. Eggs were sent back because they didn’t cook them as I requested . The Belgium waffle was the only thing that tasted decent.
We had to ask the waitress to clean our table after she seated us. It was sticky and there was sugar all over the table. We didn’t have a good experience. We won’t be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY would. Imagine stealing someone’s money AND not replacing the order that was never given to the customer. Management can’t do ANYTHING. They can’t do refunds or gift cards to resolve customer issues. They literally just stare at you. Regi is a horrible regional manager. His stores are not ran well and his managers have 0 empowerment. If this was my store they would FAIL their quality assurance evaluation. IHOP is too big of a corporation to be ran so unprofessionally.
