Shania is very professional, friendly, helpful with menu selection. Extremely courteous. I eat here becsuse of the pleasant service of Shania. Should be used in Ihop Ads Nationally as an Influencer and will certainly draw a lot more business & profits to IHOP.

Service was excellent. Our server was well informed, served promptly. However, several items on the menu were out, and on a busy Sunday that’s not a good sign. Food was horrible…too much cheese, not enough ham in an omelette. Poor management. Will probably never go back.

What can I say. This was a simple visit but enjoyable. 6pm not at all crowded. Very few people here.
Ordered breakfast. Wife had BLT.

Weren’t even aware of my pickup order until after I got there and asked for it. The restaraunt was dead as well. No excuse. Cook sitting down in a booth chilling. Hostess whom apparently informs the cook of orders completely oblivious of my order. So instead of time being saved by placing the order for pickup, I instead had to wait the entire preparation time at the restaurant. Defeating the purpose of placing a pickup order. Very unprofessional/bad service.

My goodness. The restaurant was immaculate, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The staff was exceptional – thank you, Roland, we couldn’t have had better service!
Unfortunately, the food was not up to my memory of IHOP standards. Both my husband and my scrambled eggs were undercooked. The bacon was so limp I was nervous eating it (Hubby ate it). The flavor of the edges I did eat was wonderful! If it had only been crispy, or at least.. closer to crispy?? The sausage was ok, the spices were very good – it just wasn’t cooked well enough for my liking. Certainly not unsafe to eat! The hash browns were chewey and, well, just not good. I couldn’t put my finger on why exactly. Dry? OVER cooked? Not enough oil to soften and crisp? Not sure.
Now the pancakes were DELICIOUS! And hello International House of Pancakes, right? – not International House of Hash Browns?
I also had crepes – here again, Roland was superb. I wanted the cheesecake filled rolled crepes with the fresh berries instead of cinnamon and drizzle. The berries were fresh and naturally sweet, and the crepes were delicious! The coffee carafes are always a hit – why don’t more restaurants do this?
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, but with staff as good as they have, perhaps with a little nudge, the kitchen will sharpen their skills.
I will say, we stayed for an additional 30-45 minutes talking over coffee. That was extremely pleasant. I wish my review could have been better overall.

Delightful dining experience. The management, staff, and servers are excellent. The food was delicious. This locations atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Please stop by soon….you just may see me dining in!

Disgusting
I used to love eating at this this used to be my favorite spot but I don’t know what changed its now disgusting my food was burnt and it looks like the cook needs to clean their grill when we were set down we were set next to a filthy table they had a foul smell we were sitting there for 30 minutes at least and nobody even look twice at the table while three servers sat in the corner conversating. I couldn’t eat my food let alone drink my coffee that was stale and had a nasty taste I explained to the server to only charge me for the stale coffee and I will give the rest to her in tip money !! I’m very disappointed !! I do not recommend it’s dirty and very unsanitary!! And sorry staffed !!

The employees try really hard to offer good service. But it feels a bit disorganized. The food came out relatively fast and the breakfast was decent.
