The greeter was unwelcoming. We didn’t even know he was standing there. I never heard him speak. He motioned for us to follow him. He simply threw the menus on the table and scurried away. The waitress was very soft spoken. We had to strain to hear her. We asked for a moment and she stayed gone so long, a lady who sat down after us had already received her meal and started eating. If we weren’t trying to pass the time, we would have left. She was very inattentive to us and I observed her several times standing along the wall talking to others and watching her phone. My order was wrong and my daughter’s order was incomplete. We ordered a spicy poblano omelette, which was not spicy at all. I was told that the peppers are not always spicy because they may be out of season. UGH! He didn’t offer to remove the charge for peppers. I declined because I didn’t ask for extra peppers. After being disappointed with my omelette, I turned my attention to my pancakes expecting redemption. Not the case. After taking a couple of bites, I didn’t even finish them. When she brought the bill, I just handed her my card because I was ready to go after such a bad experience. After she brought back the card, I realized the cost was more than it should have been. I waited on her to return with my itemized receipt but we never saw her again. I felt like I threw money away because my daughter nor I completed or enjoyed our meal. It had been a long time since I ate at IHOP. It will be even longer before I return to this location.

First time eating here and I was recommended to have the Bourbon Bacon Jam Eggs w/ Hashbrowns from me mum and her friend. And let me tell you, that was a freaking delicious breakfast. Absolutely would have it again over my normal breakfast omelette.

This IHOP gave me bacon instead of sausage as I had asked for. When the waitress brought me my sausage she made me give her the bacon back. I was SHOCKED. I’m sure she was told to get it back, but I’ve never been at a restaurant where that happened. I should have gone directly to the manager as it was not her fault but I did not want to embarrass the company with me. I’ll never go back. What a poor practice.

I’m so sad they took the Swedish crepes off the menu! I’ve been eating them since was a kid. The lemon blueberry filled crepes were kinda bland. Our waitress Genevieve was just adorable. So sweet and very attentive.

Food was good and came out hot and fresh. Its been a while since we have been here. They no longer have hot syrup, different flavors of syrup or any seasonal coffe drinks. Oh- the portions are smaller for the omlets. So just have to adjust the expectations. Our waitress was friendly enough.

This has to be the worst managed restaurant we have ever been to. Between employees standing around with AirPods in, scrolling on their phone, vaping right outside the kitchen area in the building in sight of customers, one serve bluntly telling her manager she was “not going to do that” (he had asked her to go take care of something), other servers having to ask the ones standing around to move so they could deliver food, one server with his hair down covering his eyes, some of the servers cuddled up with each other, and finally our server who embodied “I couldn’t care less” -the staff is a mix of hard workers and “bad apples”. Management needs to tighten the reigns or their staff or the restaurant needs a staffing overhaul. The one good thing was the food was warm and our order was correct.

It is so dirty, the floors the partitions the doors, everything. There was plenty to clean or do but waitresses just standing talking with little business. Our waitress was sweet though. Last time here unfortunately!

I order a steak omelette. To what i didn’t want on it and he just brings me a omelette with steak on top. Was not expecting that. I felt that he just not paying attention to my order that I gave him. Not a great experience being in town for the first time. Next time I’m in town I will definitely no come back!!!!
