I know it’s Christmas day, so I’m ok with having to wait 30 minutes for my food.
Ordered 5 full stacks to go, and when I got my food I had to ask for the fifth one.
Instead of putting my toppings in/on the pancakes they were in little cups on the side.
Each of those cups was for a separate full stack.
That’s maybe enough for one pancake(reference picture).
I asked if I could get some more of each topping and was told that it would cost extra.
I’ve already paid $64.43 for my order, they can afford not to chince on the toppings.
The servers were very nice.
***I contacted management about the my experience and they went out of their way to make it right.
They responded within two days, and they remade my entire order.
My family’s pancakes were wonderful, and the picture of the blueberry pancakes is of my pancakes.
I’m very satisfied with the resolution and I WILL return to this IHOP.***

[Updated, day after. We got food poisoning. Something told me that bacon looked wrong. I went from a little disappointed, to angry】
I was disappointed, and a little nervous to eat the bacon. Let’s start with the positive :
– They to-go boxes are awesome! They lock very good, and easy to carry.
– They coffee cake pancakes were a great recipe, and delicious!
Now the negatives:
– Seemed like very young workers that were trying their best. Not their fault on the service…however, the only worker that looked old enough to make things right was sitting and doing silverware. Didn’t check on guest, didn’t try to help with the other two young ones, and didn’t even seem to care they were struggling. I wanna say she looked like the manager, but she seemed to do the work that was very minimal for an easy day.
– They forgot my toast. When asked, they brought it and I wish I didn’t even order it at that point. There was a tiny dallop of butter, and then two pieces were both ends and not buttered at all.
– The bacon had a color that looked scary. This is the color of old bacon being cooked.
– They seemed short staffed, and was trying their best to manage a big table. The lady sitting down doing napkins should of helped cover that table, so everyone could get the same good service.
Basically, I would choose Waffle House for my first option. If I had to eat here, it would be when they hire a manager that oversees everything.

Just got done having an excellent meal at this IHOP! Service for me was fantastic. I was recognized and greeted warmly at the door, sat promptly and served quickly and effectively. Food was great. Bottomless pancake promotion was splendid. I am now full, fat and happy! Thank you!

You know, if you ever went to IHOP in the past, it’s all pancakes, whipped cream, and a large selection of syrups. No, no, no. Not now. I ordered an omelet and coffee. It did come with the usual stack of pancakes which were light, fluffy, perfectly cooked. The omelet, however, was the star. Generous slices of avocado on top of a well stuffed omelet. I had to cut it open so you could see for yourself. And the coffee? Well, I drank two pots of it! Double thumbs up is my recommendation. Service was especially good.

Such a lovely location! Rachel was our server and she was so sweet and so attentive, making sure our food was okay and that our drinks were full. She made our experience fabulous and we will definitely be back! 🙂

My husband and I came in for breakfast, and the food was really good and made exactly how we ordered, our server Brandi was so incredible! She was attentive to everything we needed, and so sweet! She definitely made our day! Can’t wait to come back!

I got the pancake combo comes with 2 eggs 3 pancakes 3 strips of bacon and hash browns. Well the only good part was the pancakes. The hash browns were ice cold in middle outside was not even warm. Eggs tasted like they were from fall out. The bacon taste like it had been cooked days before then reheated that morning then served cold. The server was very nice and sweet.

We had the best experience with our server Rachel. She was so friendly and accommodating. It’s Thanksgiving and she could have hated the fact she was working instead of being home with family, but instead she was happy to serve us and did an amazing job.

We wanted to go on a little brunch date nothing too big and wow were we amazed. Food was great, resturaunt was clean and man were blessed with our server Rachel! She’s amazing, fast, understandable, and all around the best! If you go to Ihop in Easley ask for RACHEL!!!

I was disappointed when I took my sister there for birthday yesterday. The service was bad, and food overpriced. The worker sit us at table got drink order which was a pepsi and a Dr. Pepper. Then he just kept standing there until we placed our food order instead of going and getting the drinks and giving us a minute to decide. He brought them back, set them on the table and said, I’m not sure which is which he did not tell us about any of the specials. I ordered a 2 egg sampler. and my sister head the sample platter. The hash Browns that she ordered was on my plate and my food was on her plate. The hash browns were not cooked and bacon was over cooked nothing was hot. Did not refill drinks one time and had to get another server to bring us napkins. The bill was $41 for 2 people. Never again!
