Came in with my family, wasn’t busy at all. I waited to be seated, my family had enough time to go to the bathroom and come out just as I was getting seated. Then we waited about 10 minutes just for a drink order. The waiter seemed like she was too caught up with cleaning instead of being our waiter. It took until we finished our meal to just get some toast. Never asked for refills, chicken from the chicken and waffles were burnt, bacon was a little burnt. I asked for extra crispy hash browns and didn’t even get that. It’s almost as if the whole staff was incompetent. Where the cook should have been cooking, he was talking to the other waitress instead and kept walking from the kitchen to the floor. Honestly it was bad all around. Save your money and go somewhere else, especially for the price you’re paying. Retrain the whole staff at this point.

As a resident of Anderson this was the second time I went to this location. I arrived tonight as they were one of maybe three restaurants in the area open due to the snow. I was with my husband and my 1 year old granddaughter. It was 645 pm when we arrived. There was have of the place with no one in it and and 6 tables with customers at them only one that had more than 2 people at it. One waitress walked by our table 10 times and never spoke a word. Then another woman who I’m going to think was some type of manager or something came out and approached the table next to us and took there order. They arrived about 15 minutes after us. Still not 1 person even acknowledged our being there. We got up and left. I came back in to get the number to give my feedback and was approached by a woman telling me that they had sections and we were not in hers. When I said someone could have at least said we will be with you asap she got loud and then I said the other woman walked by 10 times and never even spoke at this time that woman threatened me and the other one said come deal with this lady or I will and told me to leave. Great Job to your entire staff. Not only unprofessional but down right rude. I will never step foot there again and my next step is calling IHOP corp.

This legitimately might be the best IHOP location ever, and I feel like the reviews don’t reflect it at all. My waitress, Olivia, was an absolute sweetheart. My food was brought out within 5 minutes of placing my order, and it was all delicious. No complaints here!

I was honestly taken aback during my visit. I have noticed this type of behavior on several occasions before, but after two particularly uncomfortable experiences recently, it became clear to me that this is not an isolated issue but a regular occurrence. I witnessed the cook speaking to one of the servers in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I was even more surprised by how the General Manager, Tammy, addressed her waitress. The tension in the room was obvious and it made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. It was difficult to enjoy my meal with that level of hostility in the air. I left feeling very disappointed in the way staff were treated.

I went here about two weekends ago and tried the New York style cheesecake pancakes. They were delicious. All my food was great. But today I was on the move so I got me a to-go play and I’m highly upset because they gave me this little bit of hash browns. When I ate my food there I got a great size portion. We were there to wait for a family and they said they could no sit us until everyone was there because it was their policy. It is no that way in other places. Anyway the staff didn’t seem friendly at all, neither thr manager. Also the place was less than acceptable cleaning wise. So No thanks. We left to find a better place. Maybe they should place this location and staff in a truck stop.

I went in and took my child with me. I got a 2 egg meal with bacon and hashbrowns. I figured the cheapest way I could feed my little one was to add a waffle. She wouldn’t eat a lot anyway.
Nope! Just to add a waffle to your meal is an additional $11.98!!! Won’t be back. My server was great and he related to me and felt that was excessive too so it’s not his fault but I’m not impressed with ihop enough to pay that much for a single waffle. I could have heated up an eggs at home and brought it with me!!!
Do better coop or you will find yourself closing doors like your competitor…Dennys

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. He ordered an omelet and I ordered eggs Benedict. It was the worst eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. The eggs were over cooked, the ham was awful, the English muffin hard as a rock and the hollandaise sauce was almost non existent, and tasteless. Our meal came to $40 plus a $9 tip. Total waste of money!
