I went there with my friend from up North today 3/1/26. It was very very empty it was 8:00 a.m. when we got there and it was a real foggy morning. When we opened the door and stepped inside we were greeted by a smiling hostess who turned out to be our waitress. Amanda was warm friendly and extremely helpful our orders arrived very quickly they were cooked properly we enjoyed them immensly. I plan to bring my neighbor and her granddaughter for breakfast one of these weekends in the near future highly recommend the place food price service.

They were short staffed, but our waiter was very nice and made sure our food still came out hot. She had 2 large groups 6 or more and another table of 4. But that did not stop her from working hard and coming up to our table to check on us with a smile.

I stopped into this location on Christmas Eve and was treated very poorly by both the cook and the server. My husband and I were back in town visiting family for the holiday, and since this location is advertised as being open 24 hours, we decided to stop in for a quick bite.
When we walked in, both employees were standing out front and did not greet us at all. The cook was near the host stand, looked directly at us, and then walked further into the dining room. The server was sitting in a booth rolling silverware and appeared to be intentionally avoiding eye contact. When he finally acknowledged us, he asked whether we were dining in or doing takeout in a very dry, unwelcoming tone.
Given the clear lack of interest in serving us, we decided to order takeout. After telling him this, he responded, “Well, the menus are right there,” without making any effort to assist us. At that point, I told my husband I no longer felt comfortable eating there, and we left.
We ended up going to the Waffle House down the road and were treated warmly and professionally. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we had actually discussed giving a generous tip since they were working on a holiday. As someone who worked as a server and bartender for nearly a decade, I would never have treated guests this way. If someone is this unwilling to provide basic customer service, the service industry may not be the right fit.

We had a great experience! Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. The food was fresh and delicious. Anahil took great care of us and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We will be back!

I’m extremely disappointed with the pickup order I received. I ordered strawberry pancakes with two sausages, but my order was completely wrong. The two sausages were missing, and the whipped topping that was supposed to come with the pancakes wasn’t included at all. Instead, I was given an empty, dirty container, which is honestly unacceptable.To make things worse, there was no butter or syrup in the bag either. It feels like no one even bothered to check the order before handing it out. When customers are paying for their food, the least that can be done is making sure the order is correct and prepared properly.Very poor attention to detail and service. I definitely expected much better. 3/5/26

Hey, hands down best IHOP. The chef made the steak tips with mushroom-medium, PERFECTLY. He threw down in the kitchen. It melted in my mouth it was so amazing. Then the hostess slash waitor Jay.. man he’s so freaking nice. Hard working great guy. Wonderful personalities. I also do DOORDASH and they’re so nice every time we go in. Have great conversations. My fiance and I also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and I’m a sucker for a grilled chicken and avocado. It was so juicy and flavorful. Fries were so good as well. It’s sad all ihops are not 24 hr anymore. But this one is and it’s so great. Clean chill atmosphere. Amazing food. Great people. Do recommend to EVERYONE

Fast and friendly. Breakfast burrito is amazing. Staff was nice. Went to pay and was told you pay the waitress. I went back to take and they already cleared the table. Guess waitress didn’t get the memo. That was only negative

Amanda, Nancy and Ron came out in the snow (yes, snow in Myrtle Beach!) to keep this IHOP open this morning. Great teamwork under adverse conditions! Top notch customer service, friendly and gracious at all times. Perfect delivery on our orders and delicious, too. Much appreciated!!

I recently visited this IHOP and had an incredibly disappointing experience. First, I noticed several roaches in the dining area, which is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, my server seemed more focused on their phone than on my table. After waiting a long time for my food, I was informed at the last minute that they didn’t have my order. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, I felt rushed to pay, even though we were the only table in the restaurant. I blame myself becuase somehow I missed the big B rating on the door.
This lack of care and concern is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
