I ordered the steak “medium rare” and eggs with a side of steamed broccoli, the broccoli looks like was picked up from the garbage and taste like re warmed in the microwave, the steak was paper thin and well over done, the waitress was very attentive, I explained to her the issues and She said She will speak to the MOD(Dave) a few mins passed and She came back with my bill and stated that it’s nothing that “they” can do about it, I love IHOP but this one in Florence, damn… I should had read the reviews before driving 20 mins to eat here, 100% not recommended.

Stopped in Florence to spend some time with my college-aged daughter. We met at IHOP. My Waitress, Page, was great. Our food was delicious, even tho we were told a Cook walked off the job after we ordered. The food was delicious. Great IHOP. My family and I will definitely be back.

I will give this restaurant 3 start. First we had to wait like 10 minutes to be seated when there was no one in the restaurant. All employees were in lala land. Tasha was our waitress super friendly the coffee came out super fast but then she disappeared and we had to wait 15 minutes to order. The other table got theirs food before us even though we got their like 20 minutes before them. Anyways I was just passing by but next time will go to another restaurant for sure.

Service from the server was descent. It was better than our food. Ordered the Cali Turkey sandwich and there was no avocado and bread was soggy. Husband ordered the Buffalo chicken strip sandwich and it was cold. Cheese (shredded) was not melted by no means. We came on a Sunday, which is usually packed and why we went today. Servers were hanging around cursing and you could here the cooks and everyone else in the back doing the same. Alot of complaining. Not going back for sure.

I came here with a friend and he ordered the “Breakfast Crepes” and really enjoyed it! I ordered “Chicken and Waffles” the chicken was chewy but the waffle was fluffy, soft, and all around amazing. I only took one bite my chicken and our waitress Cam, was so sweet and took it off of our bill. So I was charged for the Waffle and she was just an angle! She even made sure that the milkshake I ordered was made in a freshly clean blender because I am highly allergic to strawberries. I will be returning! Thank you Cam!

If I could give negative stars, I would. My family and I went to the Florence store on June 5, 2023. We came to celebrate my brother and I birthday. We had a total of 8 in our party, 2 were kids. When we arrived, there were only 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot. I thought the building was closed. We ordered our food, it took no time to come out. I noticed that the cook was turning people around at the door. Later a few of my family members came to help us celebrate, but there were seated at another table by the waitress. Well, the cook came out and told them that they can’t be served because she was the only one cooking! It made no sense because there were hardly no one in the building and everyone that was there had their food! All she did was walked around. I told her she did not give good customer service, because all she had to do was let them know that it’ll be a few minutes before I can get to you. She shouldn’t have refused them. She said that it was not that serious. I told her this was a 24hr restaurant, so you’re going to turn everyone around that walk through that door? She says to me, no, only the parties! How trifling is that! The cook was totally wrong! They need to tighten up on Customer Service. I know that places are short of workers, but in this case, there was no reason to refuse my family service!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve been here a few times just thinking maybe it was an off day. The takeout items have always been awful, pancakes are dry or the order is completely wrong. The service is usually slow. I haven’t had a single pleasant experience and based off our last encounter I would honestly not recommend this place nor come back myself.
