Shaneice is by far the reason for this 5 star review. Her commitment to her work is apparent and obvious right away. Shaneice is a soft spoken server at this location with a passion for her work. Her passion is on full display and carried over to the presentation of the food she served. She made myself and my family feel welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this young lady and she’ll make the experience that much better. Anyone who works or has children will detect the intangible difference she makes. Wonderful woman and a great experience ! US NAVY!!!

90 minutes at IHOP is too long. Went hoping for decent chain food and service and it was disappointing. Service was beyond slow, (had to ask for our waters 3 times) the kitchen was super slow, which our server apologized for, but even then the food was just okay. My friend had a couple mushrooms on her plate that were not good anymore. I don’t expect 5-star dining but do better IHOP.

Placed order online, there’s nowhere to ask for extra anything. My husband asked for extra vanilla crème and caramel for my pancakes as I don’t use syrup, the cook was incredibly rude and still gave the smallest little container for the extra sauces. We would’ve paid extra for it. Thankful I don’t live around here and deal with these people who made this life for themselves. Go to school, get a better job and get out of the customer service business!

Ordered through Door Dash. I don’t know why, but every time I order part of my order is missing.
This time, I ordered Steak Tips & Crispy Shrimp.
I got the order, opened the food package, the salad on top was nice. But that’s it!!
There were no shrimp, none at all. The steak tips were sweet, which I didn’t expect and didn’t like.
I don’t want sweet steak, and I didn’t get my shrimp. This meal was a bust!! Over $50 on one meal wasted!!

I visited this IHOP at 7361 Mazyck Rd with my sister and niece. The service was outstanding — truly the highlight of our visit. Our server was kind, attentive, and the food arrived very quickly, which we appreciated.
There were a few issues with the food. The bacon was overcooked to the point of being nearly impossible to chew, and the strawberry syrup had a bland, unpleasant flavor. I did mention the bacon to our server, though I didn’t take a photo of it.
On the positive side, the scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, and the Strawberry Cheesecake waffles were nicely presented and tasted good. My sister also noted that the coffee was delicious.
Although I left a bit disappointed with the food this time, the excellent service truly made a difference — and it’s the reason I would consider returning.

I almost didn’t stop and thought it was sketchy
It was the middle of the night/early Sunday morning. There were some un-housed people by the corner of the building, no other guest (cars) and I thought it was closed. There were no guest inside the restaurant as well.
There was a black guy serving who I believe was the manager on duty.
*** This ended up being the best experience I’ve ever had any IHOP across the United States. From the taste of the food to the service.
