We had a great time at this IHOP. The food came out super fast and when we spilled a drink our waitress Sonne helped us clean it up and got us new drinks. She was so sweet and helpful the whole time. Several waitresses greeted us and said bye when we left. Will definitely come back.

This was a pleasant impromptu brunch for the family. I used to come here before the pandemic and it was always a nice visit. The restaurant is clean, the staff is courteous and attentive and the food is always good and fresh. I recommend it if you’re in the area.

Breakfast at IHOP is always good. Our experience was consistent with that. We had the senior 2x2x2 breakfast, with two eggs, two pancakes and two slices of bacon. It was prepared just the way we asked for it. The coffee was hat and good.

This is the very best IHOP experience I have had in 50 years. The restaurant was clean, not sticky. My waiter, Scott (i think), went above and beyond to help us order exactly what we wanted at the best price. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and appreciated, Scott. We appreciate you too! The manager, Eric, also went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He spent time with my 6yo son, teaching him some employment tips. My son had asked him to give him a job in the restaurant. Eric said he can’t work there at 6 years old but discussed with him what the job entails when he becomes old enough to work there. So sweet!

Tried to order online options not available, call to place order, they no longer take orders over the phone, have to come in to order, then wait on your food for 15-20mins. Manager talks over you and says online app is generic and if I want food I have to drive 15mins their place order wait 15-20mins as if this isn’t 7:30 on a Monday morning. I didn’t create the app, why is adding shredded beef not an option when it is available. Then to think you can inconvenience a person who is trying to spend money with your company and to top it off, have rude management is baffling. Don’t wonder why you losing customers. Will not be spending my time or money with Ihop.

Stopped in on the way to FL and was seated quickly, our server, Scott, was there quickly and was extremely nice! Our food came in less than 5 minutes and it all was fresh and hot! It was busy that morning also.
