The food was good, we had 5 people. The atomphere was ok. However, the service was horrible. We had to continually stop waitresses for refills. After finally receiving our food and finishing, we sat at the table with empty drinks and empty plates. Finally after 20 mins I got up and ask the hostess to get us the check since our waitress seemed to disappear.
On food I would recommend this resturant, but on service I would not unless you have time to spend just sitting there.

The Pepsi was Flat, they had No ice. The sweet tea had no sugar at all in it. Pancakes were good, and the waiter was really sweet. Didnt drink but one sip of Pepsi and didnt drink anymore of it. Let them know it was flat and gross .. not even cold. They brought another and it was just as gross. Didnt drink it. Still got charged for it.

This was my first online order with this IHOP and it missed 2 of 5 items. I didn’t check until I got home – big mistake!!! I had to return to get the 2 missing items and my breakfast turned into a brunch. My 2 poor grandkids had to wait for an additional hour to eat their cupcake pancakes and 4 bacons. A big disappointment with their online service experience!!! No separate online order pickup – a big problem too especially when lines are long to be seated for tables on weekends! Not friendly for online order pickups!!!

I went today for a revisit after a not so great service. However, the Management staff Liz was on it. She called me personally literally 10 minutes after I sent my concerns for that visit. She asked me to let her know about my service the next time I came in. Well today was the day!
This visit was amazing. I had the best waiter. Kyle was amazing and attentive. After we ordered, he came by to make sure our cups were filled and see if we needed anything.
Now, I normally don’t take the time out to write reviews however I could not past up an opportunity to brag about Kyle and Liz. You both are essential assets and excellent representation of the IHOP restaurant.
Thank you Liz and Kyle for your dedication to doing a great job and providing wonderful service.

Food was good, had the spinach omlete. The taste was good. The hollandaise sauce on top was a little too buttery for me, but was still good. Love the tres leches pancakes.
Service was good. Very friendly and made sure our order was correct.
Restaurant was empty for a Friday night so there was no wait at all for a table.

THE BEST split decision breakfast for dinner I’ve ever experienced. My server was very attentive, polite, and expeditious.
Being able go enjoy my meal in peace and quiet is a great benefit. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give it minus stars, I would. I ordered from this location on Uber Eats. Not only did they leave out my pancakes and toppings for my pancake combo but they didn’t send half of the rest of the order. A whole combo missing, no pancakes and toppings, and instead of marinara they sent salsa for mozzarella sticks. I called the number on Google several times with no luck. We are home with the flu hence why we ordered delivery. Poor food, poor customer service. Food prices are already so high to then have to deal with this.

The Manager Elizabeth was rude and had attitude Me and my cousins had to ask when we getting our drinks she gave the other customer there drink before us we was seated first before us then I feel like she was rushing us out. Like she roll her eyes when white man came up to front to pay for his food bc when you trying find worker they not around everybody in the back and it’s was around 4 or 5 they wasn’t busy on a Tuesday.they was low staff I see why poor management. She did say she work the whole day 8am to 12am but don’t take frustration on the customer find you an another job you can’t Handle customer service and being a manger.

My Saturday morning breakfast was so amazing!!! This iHop was hands down the best. It was so clean and friendly!!! Our sever Vishvajotis was the best sever I have ever had. She was so sweet, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her favorite line coming from the kitchen is “Short lady with hot food coming through”!! If you are ever in the area stop by for a delicious meal and great service!!!!

I go here for breakfast often and find the staff to be caring and very attentive to the customers needs. The server I usually get is Susan, who truly cares about her customers. Because of a few diet restrictions she sees that I get what I need. The other staff members also look after their customers. I find it a very enjoyable place to get breakfast. The food is well prepared. The cooks ability is very good, though they are stuck in the kitchen so we don’t get to tell them or thank them for their work. The management definitely seems to care as you will see them checking with customers.
