Our waitress Dayshia P was very attentive while still giving us privacy during our delicious breakfast. Who knew 55+ menu could taste so delicious! Two meals and two non stop coffees for $25! Loved the Halloween vibe.

Visited this Ihop location when we were visiting Ashville, we were seated after some time, one thing we noticed promptly is that there are short staffed. The servers were extremely slow to get food, to get the check, and a lot of tables were waiting on their checks.. Also they were out of Avacado which was shocking given it was early in the day.
Food was good, no complaints there.. but definitely service needs improvement..

My family came in for breakfast this morning and my whole plate (aside from the sausage) was incorrect. I understand it was busy and Ill be honest Im very specific with my food. The waitress immediately fixed it for us and the manager even came over and comped the plate off our bill. The next plate was perfect and they handled it all really well, I appreciate it a lot. Customer service was great and our waitress was really sweet and worked fast for a busy morning!

I came into your establishment around 730pm and there were 2 servers. I along with my guest was greeted by Kaitlin and was taken to our table. She was very polite and promptly got our drinks and told me that my server would be with us momentarily. I was fine that. My server approached the table and something seemed off. She was very delayed and had a hard time keeping check on me and my guest. When we got our food the order was not correct and the person who brought us our food asked if we needed anything and then proceeded to make our order correct. When it was time to leave I placed a Togo order and my server proceeded to forget that I had placed this Togo order. When I asked for it the other server had it bagged and ready to go. Normally I would not complain but this behavior triggered my guest that was with me as he recently has changed his life for the better. With that being said I was very observant and noticed that my sever who said her name was Libby constantly disappearing to ladies bathroom for long periods of time which in turn me having ask the other server to obtain my check. The other server made our experience feel more at ease and less anxious. Please understand that it this behavior can set a person back into passed experiences they have experienced and has worked through. Also I would commend the other server as she was doing EVERYTHING from cleaning the store to make sure ALL guests were taking care of. From what I observed from my server I would not be ok with coming back to this establishment with any of my guests.

Today was my first visit to I Hop at the Tunnel Road , Asheville .. The food was very good , excellent service from Julie, the waitress . I love the place.
I went several times after this . Still the food is good , the services of waitresses like Maya, Nadia are perfect This place becomes my favorite spot in Asheville.
I should say that I have noticed a deterioration in their service last time I attended the restaurant on July 18th , a leading waitress has a bad attitude , so I moved from her table to another one . I pointed to this to the receptionist at 10 30 AM..
Yesterday , September 20th , I was back to the restaurant , the food was good . I commend Betsy , the waitress for her good service

This IHOP restaurant was one of the cleanest I have seen in quite a while. The noise level was very very low and the atmosphere was overall very cheerful. Alex was my server and she was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. She kept my coffee pot full and brought my food out in the very timely manner. The food was very delicious. I will definitely be going back there again.
