The food was higher quality than I’ve experienced at other IHOPs– the French toast seemed thicker (and great flavor), the hast browns were more robust, and the omelet add-ins were generous. We also had a great server– they were attentive without being overbearing.

I visited just before closing. I was welcomed and the server was kind and treated me like they would be there all night. The hot chocolate was delicious and creamy, perfect for a chilly night. The food was great. I never once felt rushed to leave. Everyone was kind and friendly.

I had breakfast there this morning by myself. My waitress was a tall light skinned girl. She was just wonderful, and so was the rest of the staff from the hostess to the cooks, and other wait staff as well. It was extremely clean, and well stocked. I haven’t had such great service in a very long time. Keep up the good work!

I may have been the first Customer on the morning of 22 Oct 25. This review is directed to the Chef. I ordered the Cali Roasted Turkey. Sir, that had to be the BEST prepared that I’ve ever eaten. The level of care taken was duly noted….lightly seared marks on the turkey, the Roasted tomatoes were warm and juicy, the strips of bacon, the sliced avocados, and cheese placed neatly between the bread. For the Host, Thank you for attentiveness, ensuring that my needs were met. The professional display both of you didn’t go unnoticed.

First I will say the service was pretty good! The food however was just okay. Our biggest complaint was that from the time we were seated until we received our food was 1 hour and they were not overly busy. The kitchen apparently was not flowing smoothly. We ordered the biscuits and gravy as one of our dishes and the amount of gravy received was not enough to even cover the biscuits. Due to the amount of time it was taking for food to come out of the kitchen, we were nervous to even ask for more gravy so we made due with what we had. Second issue was when ordering we asked if drinks came with the kids meals and we were told that they did and that they offered free refills for the kids. However, when we received our bill, we were charged extra for the kids drinks. We questioned this, and we were told at that time that the drinks do not come with the meals. After almost 2 hours spent eating a meal that should have taken them more than an hour tops, we left unsatisfied.

It’s sad to see how far classic American breakfast places have fallen. The hash browns tasted like they sat in a warehouse for a long time and I think the scrambled eggs must have been powdered, plus the country fried steak tasted like the bottom of a deep freeze and yet they have the audacity to charge absurd prices as if it’s all fresh off the grill. At least my server Alex was nice

Ordered for curbside on the app. Got to IHOP andthe app said they seen I had arrived. I waited and waited. I go inside and my order had been ready for 20 minutes just sitting there. I requested a refund and was told since it was ordered on the app I’d have to use the app for a refund. Can’t even do that cause it won’t let me upload the proof. Also food was missing. The bacon and sausage in my childs kids meal

We waited 44 minutes and still no food. At 25 minutes we asked waitress to check on food. She said it would be right out. Then 9 minutes later no food still and never came to refill coffee or water. We walked out. Ridiculous. Service very poor and wait time isn’t worth it. We ordered 2 breakfast samplers.
