Yesterday was my first time coming here at around 11:30 am. I was greeted warmly by the young lady by the front door. The restaurant was festively decorated for the Thanksgiving holiday and the restaurant was nice and clean.

First time at this place. Service was fast and easy. We came in at 1pm on a Friday and there was no wait. Food came quick and it was delicious. I recommend the omelets, they are no joke when it comes to filling the plate up. The burger was perfect and the fries were spot on. The double blt was banging it out the park. A’shanti was our waitress and she did a very good job. Off to a good start.

Really a great experience, especially considering their first week open. Loved the interior and exterior seating options. Menu is VERY extensive. Waiter was amazing (Brandon). All food came out as expected. 4 syrup options to choose from ( was way better than expected). Milkshake was huge and very tasty (shared with a few). No complaints and definitely coming back!

Stopped in for breakfast on 04/23/2023. Sat outside on the patio. Service for 4 people. Our cashier was friendly and engaging. The food was fresh and exceptionally good. Everything we ordered was as expected. Would highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch .

This review is for the IHOP in Southern Pines. The place looks brand new inside. There is plenty of friendly wait-staff to make everyone feel well attended. They recently expanded their menu with numerous non breakfast items that are available all day.

Excellent food superb service and very clean. $ 34.00 for a family of three. It embarrasses me to say that we couldn’t eat all of our meals. Not because it wasn’t good but because portions were very large. To day I turned 70 years young. When asked where do you want us to take you for dinner my reply IHOP. Good call.

New, super clean modern IHOP with selection of small breakfast plates $2.00 less than what we usu order and don’t finish = perfect. Service was quick and friendly. They have greatly expanded lunch and dinner menus.
