Had a great experience here…I believe the young lady’s name that took my order was either Cherokee or Dakota ( I remember it was a Native American tribal name, sorry about that), but she was AMAZING- very friendly, and authentic. The food was great – I got the cheeseburger omelet w avocado…really good, fluffy…good angus beef- lots of protein. I got it to go but the service was really good as well as the food. Very clean too.

I coordinated a Mardi Gras / Pancake Day dinner at the IHOP in Mooresville for a church group. We were 17 in number. I highly recommend this specific IHOP location—although I have never had a bad experience or a bad meal in any IHOP (in NC or in NY where I used to live).
Before the evening of the dinner, Liz and Melinda (?), the managers, were very professional, friendly, and accommodating with regard to the reservation and the food offered at a very discounted price. For $12 each (including tax), we each received: three (3) pancakes, two (2) pieces of either ham, bacon, or sausage, and unlimited coffee or tea (although one or two attendees chose a soft drink instead at no additional cost).
Michael, our server, was also excellent and deserving of the nice tip I left him. He was courteous, competent, and attentive—what a server should be. I made sure Liz was informed of this and how all were pleased with the meal and service. My wife and I—and the other attendees—would certainly patronize the IHOP in Mooresville again.

Out servers name was Rashida, her service was so excellent our son decided IHop is a very fancy restaurant. The food was delicious and served quickly and the attitudes of every employee were incredible. Thank y’all for being open and starting off a fun snow day right!

Visited late Sunday morning. Several issues came up with breakfast. Hash browns were unavailable and replaced without notice by French fries. My omelette, requested with egg whites, arrived made with whole eggs, and the roasted tomatoes originally listed has been replaced with raw ones. Flavor was good, but I wasn’t able to finish my plate because partway through the meal, I also found a hair under the omelette.
The waiter was kind, professional, and clearly doing his best in a difficult situation. He apologized, had the item removed from the bill, and stayed attentive throughout. Later, he mentioned the manager couldn’t come by because she was busy helping cook in the kitchen — a clear sign of how understaffed they were.
Unfortunately, the restaurant felt tired and disorganized and while I appreciated the waiter’s genuine effort, the overall experience was disappointing, and I don’t plan to return.

Slow service set 10 minutes before taking drink order. Another 10 minutes before taking food order. Another 20 minutes before food come out. And by the way place wasn’t crowded. Then when we got our food it was cold. So that was the icing on the cake for me.

I’m here once a week, absolutely love it, Liberty is one of the nicest hostesses I’ve ever delt with, very kind and attentive. I’ve met the manager and she is super nice, overall great place.
