We traveled to Raleigh for a doctor’s appointment and were new to the area, we were looking for some breakfast and found that IHOP was pretty close by. The waitress, T’tina (don’t know if that’s how she spells it) was very nice, friendly and patient when we asked her for additional things we needed. When the food came it was arranged and presented like you’d see a culinary student present it, I had the blueberry crapes and it was on a plate with some powdered sugar sprinkled around it, and blueberries, a couple lemon slices next to a little bowl of butter. I appreciated that, when I eat somewhere and the food looks like it was just thrown on the plate, I’m not going to eat it, if it looks good on the plate it’ll probably taste good.

This was without any question the worst dining experience I have ever had. After waiting a long time finally we will seated at a dirty table. The Waitress took our order in a appropriate amount of time. The kitchen was having so much problems that It took 45 minutes to get our food. The food was so bad even the children would not eat their pancakes. Even though the food was cold I felt like the pancakes were frozen and heated up in a microwave.

We waited for a long time to be greeted by our server. When I finally got up and asked the manager, she said our waitress would be right with us. And we watched the entire staff watch us and our waitress. Clearly, the manager was experiencing some issues with this employee, but why make us suffer through it, too? This most likely ended my interest in iHOP. Terrible experience. I will not be back

Food took close to an hour and another waiter had to get the dishes, then they arrived cold! Asked three times for napkins that we never received and didn’t get refills that we asked for. I had ordered a salad that came with the check! I also wanted turkey bacon not regular! It was not busy at all and employees were all hanging out together. We got there at 12:30 left at 2:30 and the restaurant was filthy! Never will go there again!!
