Greeted from the start. No wait time. Server was Greg. He was awesome. Knowledgeable about menu and definitely knows how to wait on people. Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms smelled good and clean too. Food came fast. So good!!!

Been a while since we haven’t been to IHOP. Friday morning it was 5 of us. We loved it! Our waiter Michael was great, he was attentive and friendly, polite a with a smile doing his job. Always happy to be at a place with nice people working happy.

My experience was extremely disappointing and reflects a serious failure in both service and management. My guest and I waited over an hour for our food, and when the order finally arrived, only one of the two meals we ordered was brought to the table. The second meal never came out at all.
After already waiting that long, we asked to speak with a manager. We then waited an additional 20 minutes before the manager, Tamera Scales, finally came in from outside. When we attempted to explain the situation, she told us to “hold on a minute” so she could seat guests who had just arrived, even though we had already been waiting well over an hour.
After another 15–20 minutes, she returned and informed us that she could only remove one meal from the bill, despite the fact that the second meal was never served and the excessive wait time had already made the experience unacceptable.
Our server, Jorden Bell, was also extremely inattentive. They came to our table only twice during the entire visit, never checked in regarding the delay, and provided little to no communication about the status of our order. Basic service and attentiveness were completely lacking.
While I understand that managers may occasionally step outside, being unavailable for roughly 20 minutes while guests inside are waiting over an hour for incomplete orders shows a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and concern for customer experience.
Overall, the situation was poorly handled from beginning to end. Waiting this long for food, receiving only half of an order, and then being met with indifference from both staff and management is unacceptable. Experiences like this reflect very poorly on the establishment’s standards of service and leadership.

I ordered two classic burgers from IHOP #3512 in Greensboro on battleground ave, at approximately 1:29 am . Once I got home and begin to bite the burger it was bloody red! Mind you a bite was already taken. Before noticing. Open the other plate to find it also not well but more a medium well. I cut the burger and me and my husband split the medium well burger, to add the fries where hot but extremely salty. Next day I called to report that I needed my whole meal replaced due to the inconvenience and was told to come in. I had the burger with me and fries as well. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait for the manger to arrive at 10 pm to handle the issue. When the manger arrived I explained my issue and was told from all that she was only able to replace both orders of fries and one burger! Really we didn’t get to eat and had to use more gas to come back and had to wait til u come 20 minutes to tell us so basically. If I could give a negative -5 stars I would!

I ordered a curbside pickup. Sat in the spot where I was supposed to be, the app was tracking and checked in. Im sitting there 30 minutes like where’s my order. I go in, there’s an order sitting behind the counter. I wait 5 minutes…. no one comes to the counter. Finally see someone and ask can they assist. They come to the counter, and im like is that the order for me, gave my name. They just look and hand me the bag. So I saod well were you just going to let it sit here and get cold and not bring it out? They say nothing. This has to be the worst service ive had at an IHOP. Cold food, lack of care, and no concern for order preference.

We waited over an hour for our food . It had been so nasty , cold & portions were very small . Our waitress had also been hovering over our drinks , child and food . She placed coffee & the hot plates right where our kid was and I had to move the plates before any accidents happened . Attached are the photos, this was absolutely my worst experience! The food was very very nasty. Eggs were burnt and my daughter whole meal was incorrect . The sirloin tips were also burnt and dry along with the omelette . The pancakes were absolutely disgusting.

To be honest, I never liked going here. I like the one in Winston-Salem but my girlfriend loves IHOP so I’ll take her ordered my breakfast. Four eggs turned over easy with biscuit and gravy and a coffee
The waiter brings my coffee with no silverware. I poured creamer in it and my sweet and low as usual no way to stir my coffee.
There’s not even any napkin dispenser on the table
Wasn’t too long, but the meal came without silverware asked the waiter for silverware and he was gone for a long period of time and said he had to roll it up in the napkins. It wasn’t prepared in other words.
I Immediately noticed they brought the gravy out and like a little plastic container normally what you serve, condiments sound like ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.
There again, no silverware
When the silverware finally came, I took one bite of the meal and it was cold not even slightly warm
Immediately tried it again and just couldn’t stomach, cold, eggs, and gravy
Told the waiter to take the plate away the receipt came and they knocked off 20% which I thought was absolutely garbage
I complained to the manager and she knocked off 40%. I’ll never go back there again.

My husband and I went after the New Edition concert. It was a bit slow inside when we arrived but picked up soon after. And there was only 1 floor employee…I wish I could remember her name. Totally horrible as a company but she was AMAZING! While being a hostess and waitress, she was also the To-Go order prep person. She really kept a positive attitude, even with the customers being highly negative towards her. She deserves to be treated better from the company, because anyone not “made for” that mess would’ve quit that night.

Food was great, forgot to take a pick before eating 1 of the sausages, a pretty big breakfast for only $14 on the food itself. Drinks were a little pricy but I prefer water anyway
