Short staff but worth the wait. Jasmine was a wonderful server and worked very hard to take care of all the customers considering she was the only one. Bless her. She was attentive and friendly. We were seated promptly and had arrived just in time before the crowd. Yummy breakfast but shocked there was no more grits on the menu. Upon leaving there was an impatient crowd and I explained to them there was only one server and to be patient. A staff person came out and talked with the customers in line as well. Our meal was $38. We will return!

It was one of my better experiences. I did the Eggs Benedict. I felt that the eggs could hav3 been bigger and runnier. But all and they were really good. My wife said that hers was also. I did try her cheesecake pancakes and have to agree that they were delicious.

Waited 20 min to seated ,restaurant had 6 diners. Waitress was not attentive. Steak was over cooked. Shocked at IHOP. I expected soo much more.i guess no one really cares anymore

IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. When I first got there, I saw a man get mad with the cashier and thought it was rude of him. After my experience here, his behavior is definitely justified. I ordered for $30. After paying, I noticed that I got charged for $18 more than the original total. When I brought this to the attention of management, they made me sign a receipt to get my refund. I waited at the register for more than 30 minutes waiting for refund. Still nothing. When a manager finally came back to speak to me, she told me that it was refunded. Still saw nothing. I asked for another receipt and the cashier THREW it at me and proceeded to say “There, you happy now? You got free food.” I left the food and walked out. I’m still waiting on my refund and will be pressing charges.

There seems to be a lackadaisical attitude about customer service at this location. No urgency to seat waiting customers; not concerned about dirty tables; the staff spends more time talking to each other than customers. The food was good, however there was no follow-up once the meal was served.

Ordered chicken strips, fries, and a side salad with a drink. Took 45 minutes to get my drink and a salad after being ignored and having to ask. Then another 30 minutes for my food. The chicken was hard. The fries over cooked. The staff was rude and acted inconvenienced. The worst service I’ve ever had. Would not recommend eating here.

Waited over 20 minutes after being seated and no drink or waitress to be seen. Finally seen a waitress but she told me “sorry I have to wait for the kitchen to catch up” still didn’t offer a drink or anything. Wasted my 30 minute break trying to get food. They were not busy. Maybe 6 tables and most had their food already. Gas station food and back to driving. Avoid this mess and go somewhere else.

The demise of American dining continues to grow. Wife and I wanted omelets for dinner when we stopped for the night. Little did we know (due to our infrequency of visiting IHOP) they put hash browns in their omelettes. For me, no problem I actually like that. However, my wife doesn’t enjoy potatoes in her food, so she ordered french fries instead. Now the waitress, who I might add was very nice, failed to mention that to her, or even clarify if she wanted her omelette to be made with fries in it. Waited an exceptional amount of time for our food, and as the plates were being served my wife asked about her fries. The waitress responded with “oh, you didn’t want them in your omelette?”.

Short staffed but very friendly. We experienced an issue with gluten contamination after specifying a severe gluten allergy. Note to manager: We are grateful for the unwavering positive attitudes of your staff. Please provide staff additional training on allergens/cross contamination during meal prep and delivery.
