Came in with one other person. It seemed tense, restaurant was completely empty, and it was maybe 2pm. Whoever greeted us seemed genuinely unaware they worked in a restaurant. We say, “Hi, there’s two of us!” The hostess – in a rude tone of voice – goes, “…For the bathroom?” Realizing it would only go downhill from there, we left immediately.
I’m not going to lie, it is retrospectively very funny and we’ve been laughing about this all day, which is arguably more valuable an experience than we’d expected, so I don’t regret coming in at all. I just didn’t spend any money here.

the food wasn’t great but that might’ve been the best part about our visit. our server came to our table twice the whole hour we were there. And we ordered when we ordered drinks. We didn’t get any refills on our drinks the whole time. Our server was very forgetful and had to be reminded by us and her coworkers for one side of sauce that came with the meal. That was the second time she came to table and the last. To get our check we had to wait up at front and even then we stood for 10 minutes just waiting for her to come out. It was not too busy at all and almost all the tables were empty. Then the manager just stood there doing absolutely nothing when our server stopped checking us out to fix a mistake she made on a man’s ticket who also seemed to be waiting a while. She was made to fix her own mistake but didn’t know how so we all stood there not knowing what to do and the useless manager was included in that.

First thing I notice when I walk in is how clean and cozy the resturaunt is. I was seated very fast and the staff was very friendly. The place had one other table filled but I came at 2:00. It took about 15 minutes to get my food after I ordered. I ordered the sirloin tips with eggs well done. I think that the steak was one of the best I’ve had. Im pretty sure they have some sort of sauce it’s in while cooking but I used A1 in addition to what was brought to me. It came with eggs, hasbrowns and pancakes, and the steak itself had onions and mushrooms mixed in. I thought the steak was so good I decided to follow it up with a dessert. I asked if they had cheesecake, but unfortunately they dont have slices. They instead told me about their cheesecake filled cinnamon bun crepes. It’s about the size of an enchilada and soft like one too. They cover it in white chocolate and regular chocolate sauce. It was certainly sweat but not quite as complex as cheesecake. It still was what I was looking for to follow up the steak. It is on the higher prices for food chains but not quite like olive garden and closer to Ruby Tuesday’s. Overall this is a lot better than IHOP used to be years ago. I would love to see them keep this kind of service in the future.

By far the worst experience ever!! We had a group of seven people. When we entered the restaurant the hostess had as much get up and go as a slough who had partied all night and was extremely tired. No greeting, no smile and lead in her shoes. She dragged a table at a snails pace to make room for us all and this took about five minutes. Never said a word. We just had to figure out that we could go on and be seated. Then the waitress came and stood at the end of the table, asked what we wanted to drink and then just looked at us. So then we sat for another ten minutes as she never brought us the drinks but ended up at the cash register doing nothing. One waitress did come and ask her did she need help and was greeted with a shrug and walk off. So we decided to leave. As we left this establishment no one questioned the reason why seven people were leaving without ordering. As a matter of fact we were not even acknowledged!! Horrible experience! Very unfriendly Hostess and even more horrific waitress. I put one star because I couldn’t go lower! Can’t rate the food at all because we never even got our drinks.

My experience here is not good barely got attended today, they talk more In the kitchen then work, they are taking to long to come to my table so I can order something else, I’ve been waiting for a while 10 minutes or more and when the waitress came she gave me my receipt even tho I asked that I was going to order something else and finally I did order something else but they are taking to long plus they had tables dirty as well. this ihop needs to find better and well trained employees. This is why I barley don’t come to IHOP.

The food was ok but not really seasoned well though. Had a nice presentation and look good. I forgot my daily pill pack on the table. When I called the restaurant it took them forever to actually respond. Was on hold for quite a bit. The restaurant manager stated that she checked the tables however at this point the table would have definitely been cleared off anyway. Someone definitely got a nice high off of those

Got seated, had to wait 15 mins to place our drink order. Place was not packed. Then we finally get to order, wait another 10 mins then the waiter came out and said that it’s gonna take 20-30 minutes to unfreeze and cook the gravy. Couldn’t even get GRAVY at a breakfast place. Will not be back

This evening was a tale of two restaurants. After enjoying some drinks, we left the bar around 1am. We initially went to Waffle House (on Peters Creek), but they were short-staffed. The bathrooms were closed and we could only get carry-out.
It was disappointing, to say the least.
Intent on finding a place we could sit down, we decided on IHOP. When we arrived at IHOP, they were also short-staffed. In fact, they only had a waitress and a cook.
But unlike Waffle House, they were willing to provide us with dine-in service.
They told us the food would take awhile based on the staffing shortage. Then the waitress promptly brought us to our table and gave us water. Then about ten minutes later, the cook came out and took our order.
To be honest, I felt like the wait for the food was fairly short. It was also delicious.
Waffle House used to be our go-to for late night dining. But they didn’t step up to the plate for us (pun intended). Despite facing the same staff shortage, IHOP did.
And now my loyalties have changed.

We waited a long time to place our drink order. Another table that was seated after us with the same server was greeted before us. And our server wasn’t very good at his job. He was slow and seemed to be overwhelmed with just a few tables. This could be overlooked and understandable if they were busy….but there weren’t very many people there when we were there.

Staff was polite and took our order quickly. Kitchen got our order wrong and sent out the wrong eggs and then rushed to replace and made them runny and we could not eat them. We also got toast and pancakes that we did not order and we were not charged for.
